We have several well qualified sub contractors to complete each phase of the pool building process. Our sub contractors are among the most experienced and largest in the North Texas area. We have been able to negotiate competitive pricing based on our volume that we turn over directly to the end consumer. When using us to help you build your pool you will be able to control your own funds. In Texas when a bill is not paid the sub contractor has very little recourse on the pool builder, but may file a lien on the property where the work has been completed. Being able to control your own money allows you to the ability to make sure that all work that has been completed has been paid for.
