Liquid Assets Pools

We wouldn't have anyone else build our pool. We think the construction is fantastic, and we've already recommended Liquid Assets Pools to several other people. When we first met them, we wondered, "Are these guys too good to be true?" but we found out they're the real deal. We really feel we lucked-out with Liquid Assets Pools because our neighbors had nothing but problems with their builders. In contrast, our pool had the best construction we could have gotten. On top of that, their original estimates for time and cost were right on target.

John contacted me very quickly regarding a leak and getting an appointment set up in a very expedient manner and he quoted a rate of $1000-1200 for the service. That is where the professionalism ended. I received a call from American Leak Detection who is subcontracted to do the leak detection work; and was a bit startled as I already had them booked for July and knew of their rates.

The fact of the matter is John is making a large profit off of a subcontracted service and when I called him out on it; he got very terse over the phone and stated that I guess I should leave the service in July. The moral of the story is; don't try and make $200-400 + off of subcontracted service and gouge your customers, be honest with them and when they are educated about the price, honor the price. It never hurts to be an educated consumer and a warning to all for this company is do your due diligence.

The team did a really great job with the pool (5stars), but the communication was not great throughout the project and at the end we received an unexpected bill. The work was done, but the cost were not clearly communicated and it created a poor end to an otherwise strong project. Would recommend them as an install, but expect to budget more than contracted.

We have been so happy with Liquid Assets and the exceptional service we receive from them, especially John Jacobsen. If we have a question or issue we always receive a timely response. We've been enjoying our beautiful pool for several years now with no complaints!

John and Liquid Assets are second to none with customer service. He Installed my pool a few years ago, and today I had a question. I asked him about a part and how get it from the manufacturer. After interviewing 3 pool builders, we decided to use John Jacobson and Liquid Assets for the project. We had a warm and fuzzy feeling after our initial conversation with John, and were not disappointed with our choice. He engendered an air of confidence, and his attention to detail and willingness to bring our design to life did not disappoint. John has carefully chosen all of his subcontractors to complete each step in a very professional manner.

It has been four years since the completion of the project, and I still feel comfortable calling upon him with any concerns or questions that pop up, because as first-time pool owners, we still have a lot to learn.

I write this as a recommendation for Liquid Assets Pools. I had the pleasure of working with Liquid Assets on the building of our swimming pool in 2013. I can recommend them highly and without reservation. Throughout the course of the construction, Liquid Assets and their crews were consummate professionals. They were accurate in the initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project.

He was absolutely clear in his record keeping and time log. Also, Liquid Assets chose and managed the sub-contractors well. Our pool project was done with care and precision. We especially loved the tile, coping, stone, pool deck that was chosen and installed. In addition, the Liquid Assets crews were extremely clean and tidy in the workplace. He and his assistants never left the worksite in disarray.

They vacuumed all drywall dust daily. Mr. Jacobsen took special care to prevent any of the job dust from trailing throughout the yard. The only complexity in working with Mr. Jacobsen is that, as he himself will tell you, good work takes time to complete. Patience is required when you work with a perfectionist. Although our project took time to complete, I think we have a wonderful outcome and a great Asset to our home.

John, You and your company where just wonderful to deal with. From start to finish you did everything you said and more. Polite, clean, and just love our pool. I never new I had so many family and friends, all thanks to you. I would positively refer Liquid Assets to all my friends. Well worth the investment. John, you are quite the salesman.

John was very courteous and understanding of our needs. Our pool is beautiful and any issues we had were handled immediately and to our satisfaction. Liquid Assets built our pool in 2005. For the past 10 years we have enjoyed watching our kids and their friends enjoy every minute of the pool experience!
