I recently finished a major remodel and pool project with Gold Coast and could not be happier with Nick and his team. I was referred to Nick after another pool contractor failed to deliver on his obligations and left my project incomplete and in total disarray. Nick met with us and provided a very honest scope of work, a realistic budget, and a reasonable timeline for completion.
We overcame equipment shortages, material shortages, supply chain disruptions, and came in on time and under budget. We are beyond pleased with the pool ans spa. He saved our project and became a great friend in the process. Thanks Nick!

I have been privileged to work with Nick and his guys on two different homes. One in Yorba Linda and one in Villa Park. Both were major design and builds done thru Nick and his team. The work included design, demo, hardscape, fine detail craftsmanship and soft scape. Nick oversees all the work and is fair, reasonable and a very nice guy. I recall one story that affirms Nicks reputation in the industry.
We were in picking out pool tile from a local tile store and the sales guy asked us who our contractor was. When we told him Gold Coast he told us how lucky we were to be working with Nick based on the feedback he had received from other customers. One of the best testaments I can give about both my dealings with Nick/Gold Coast is that he was responsive to every "warranty" related issue we ever had after the job was complete. Everything from replacing a plant that didn't make it to adjusting a gate. Much appreciated.

We just completed major repairs and upgrade to the pool at our home and are extremely pleased that we went with Nick Satter, Gold Coast Pool and Spa. Cracks and leaks had been an issue since a remodel in 2005. Nick was very knowledgeable about what was wrong and how to fix it, he addressed our concerns with solutions that made us feel comfortable.
The process was organized from our initial consult, throughout the repairs, including full pool and spa refurbish, pool fill and start up, and final power wash of decks and coping. His recommended upgrades in equipment to save energy, time, and improve value of the property will be appreciated now and in the future. The entire project from demo to fill took only two weeks, that was amazing! Nick did what he said he was going to do, monitored every step and was always available to us when we had questions.
The crews Nick employed were timely, professional and courteous. Nick's style and work ethics are commendable. We highly recommend Nick and his company, Gold Coast Pool and Spa.

Nick did our pool and my complete hardscape over 10 years ago and my pool still looks brand new. But the reason for this review 10 years later is because of the work relationship that developed over the years. Nick has always been available to repair any minor issues that have developed. I guess the bottom line is that when you higher a contractor, the relationship after the work is just as if not more important than during the project. Nick is always available and will be around for the duration. Plus he is one of the only pool contractors with a clean license.lol.

I had a very good experience with Gold Coast Pool & Spa. Nick Satter, the owner, was excellent. He did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. My pool is close to 10 years old and it still in great condition. If there ever were a problem I have no doubt Nick would fix it immediately.

I did my Pool and Spa with Nick about 8 years ago. When I did my pool he was one of the only Pool contractors that had a license with ZERO complaints. When he came to my home and we did a professional design, he encouraged me to visit some of his completed jobs which I did. Not only was the work he did incredible but every single one of his customers had not one bad thing to say about him.
My wife and I gave him the job and every single thing he said he would do in the contract was done either on time or ahead of time. He also did some additional stuff that I hadn't even asked for for no additional cost to me. You may be asking yourself why I am putting in this review 8 years later. Over the last 8 years I have called him back for some minor equipment failures.
All which were out of any warranties from the manufacture. Nick has always been nothing but professional to me and my family and has always been available to us as needed. Building the pool is the easy part! Maintaining the relationship years after.that's special. I would HIGHLY recommend Gold Coast Pool and Spa to any Family, Friend, Co-worker, or stranger. The quality is incredible, the customer service is the BEST
