We originally built our pool with Atlantis in 1999. Over the years we have enjoyed a great relationship with your company. Recently we updated our pool with a new liner, auto-cover material, and salt system. As always, the work was done professional and on time. Thank you!

Atlantis pools has made our backyard landscaping inground pool project a super experience! Wonderful attention to detail .. always a phone call away, (they don't make you feel like you are annoying them!) Their owner and staff were so professional and courteous. A friend of mine recommended that I get service for my pool through Atlantis. The service techs have been so wonderful the past couple summers. They go above and beyond to make sure my equipment is running and my pool is clean. I was having issues with scaling in my pool and the technicians had some neat tricks to get the tiny white flakes to vanish. I highly recommend their service!

After a couple of summers of floundering on my own trying to maintain my new in ground pool on my own, I contacted Atlantis Pool ( who installed the pool) to come to my house every other week to check my equipment and chemicals. It has been wonderful! They check my water and add the needed chemicals for me. They clean my pool and check the heater, filter and pump as well. Atlantis also winterizes and opens my pool in the spring. I highly recommend Atlantis Pool for pool installation and maintenance.

Atlantis Pools built our pool in 2017 and our entire family have absolutely loved it! Mark was a pleasure to work with during the build process. Since the pool was built, we have maintained a great rapport with Stacy as she has helped us with the pool chemicals and service questions we've had. Nick sold our family the pool and we love it so much. It has been such a great addition to our home. With COVID it has been amazing to just enjoy our backyard with the kids. They love all the cool features we got on the pool. We play a lot of volleyball and basketball. Thanks to Atlantis Pools and their great team we have a new oasis in our backyard. Atlantis Pools truly made our dream come true.

We use the pool as much as we can and now host all the parties for the family. If you're thinking of a pool, it is worth it and you should absolutely work with Atlantis Pools.

Just a few months ago I ventured into a foreign world to me: purchasing and putting in a pool. I had always wanted a pool of my own, especially when I had my own children. After a couple years of saving up for such a big purchase, my husband and I finally decided it was time. I was nervous when we went looking at different options, but now having gone through the process, I wouldn't change a single thing about our pool journey.

Immediately upon stepping foot into Atlantis, my husband and I felt welcome and supported for this new process. We were greeted by a young gal named Rae who had such a warm and friendly energy to her. She was helpful and knowledgeable about the beginning process of getting a pool. She got us connected to our sales rep, Nick, quickly and handled a lot of paperwork for us. Nick was an absolute gem to work with.

He was funny and kind, helping just melt all the stresses away. As far as the actual pool installation process went, it was smooth and easy for my husband and I. We had very little to do ourselves and we felt so supported through it all. Communication has been great, even months after the pool was put in. This was an incredible experience and we continue to receive amazing service with all thing maintenance and cleaning. Thank you Atlantis!

We had a great experience with Atlantis Pools. They replaced our diving board. They asked the right questions and recommended a good replacement that fit our price range. The service person that did the install was professional and went the extra mile to help clean some rust from the concrete. From our initial call to the time the service was completed was just a few days. We were so impressed with the quality and turn around time.

Getting a new pool is overwhelming, but Rae and Stacy in the office were super helpful in answering questions about my new pool. They were very easy to talk to and knowledgable about pool chemicals. They were truly helpful, and didn't just try to sell me chemicals I don't need! I'm very glad that I went with Atlantis, and grateful for all the help and support I received from the staff!

I tried to get in contact with someone that could help me with getting an estimate on a pool. The first person I contacted gave me an estimate, but never told me what the estimate entailed. The second person seemed nice, said he would get back to me in a couple days, didn't. The last person I talked to spoke to me in a rude tone, got frustrated with me and made me feel like I shouldn't do business with them. I'm the purpose of a company to help the customers any way possible??? Guess not for Atlantis!

This company is a joke, don't do what they say, and difficult to deal with on many aspects. Stay away.
