Our unique and custom construction cost analysis program, enables us to precisely calculate and implement your construction project within budget and on-time. All clients are given a fully itemized cost breakdown and analysis, complete with material and equipment specifications, prior to any contractual commitment or signature. This itemized cost breakdown then becomes the template through which all budgetary constraint and analysis will occur. Additional costs, should they be incurred as a result of plan or materials changes, are addressed through detailed and appropriate contract addendums. The method used by us to track expenses, material allocations and related labor expenses, has been modified and honed for over 27 years.
