We are a family-owned business. Sandy Martin began cleaning pools in the San Fernando Valley for his father Marty in the late 1970's. He started his own company a few years later which eventually became Southcoast Pool & Spa. In 1995, he became a C-53 contractor and expanded the service business to include the remodeling of existing pools.

Today, our service area includes the Conejo Valley, San Fernando Valley, and Simi Valley/Moorpark. We are an authorized warranty station for many manufacturers including Pentair, Sta-Rite, and Hayward. We also do home warranty repairs for companies including Old Republic, Fidelity National, and Home Buyer's Warranty.

We have a well trained and supervised team. Weekly pool service starts at $90/ month for residential pools. We also are Health Dept. certified to service commercial pools.
