Just as was done to a few previous reviewers, they refused to install our pool and broke the binding agreement. We put our deposit down in March 2021 for pool install for June 2022. Keep in mind, we put down our deposit a year after the pandemic began, they knew there was a pandemic. In September I was notified they did not have parts and our installation was cancelled with no offering of rescheduling. Luckily, our deposit was returned to us.
I kept in contact hoping the parts would arrive and monitored their Facebook page. I've contacted them multiple times since September and have been repeatedly told they have no parts yet they have posted several photos since September 2021 of them installing pools. I have reached out to other pool companies all of which deny any sort of part shortage.
We would gladly go with another company but most are booked until 2023 or longer. A friend called and inquired about installing a pool with them and they made no mention of not having parts and claimed they were booked for all of 2022. I suspect they don't want to install the pool for the price they quoted us. These people are not trust worthy and run a sketchy business. No not use this business.

My local pool place had closed that I usually went to and lowrys is about the same distance so I decided to give them a try. I was so impressed with the friendly knowledgeable staff. They are fairy priced and helped keep my pool crystal clear all year! I wish I would have went there years ago! Customer for life! Put a deposit down 18 months ago for pool install.kept pushing us back.early July, mid July, end of July, September. Early August just sent our deposit back without even talking to us. Said can't install for at least a year? I get supplies are hard to come by but really? They break a contract and it's ok, we try to break it.look out! It was all about the money. They just want to charge us a lot more if we ever get a pool? Horrible customer service! Can't even get the owner to call us back, hiding hoping we'll let it go.nope!

Lowrys refuses to refund me for services NOT rendered. I paid $475 for Lowry's to open my pool and sweep it. They charged my card on 5/21 and didn't come out until 6/9. On 6/9 they took the tarp off the pool, put it in my shed, and then started filling the pool with water from my hose because the water line was pretty low. They took the sweeper and did a couple strokes and left without saying anything.
I thought maybe they left for lunch and would be back. They never came back so the next day I called and left a message asking when they would be returning to finish sweeping the pool. I got a call today from the woman owner saying they will not be back out. She said that Jason swept the pool and they did the work they were paid for. She also said that my husband told Jason he did a great job and it looked wonderful and I was being ridiculous to ask for a refund and she hung up on me.
I called back asking again for a refund for the sweeping and she yelled at me more and hung up on me again. I have spent over $1000 a year at this place for the last 3 years and I will never spend a dime here again.
