Spa & Pool World

From the time we got our above ground pool we had nothing but problems with it. We had to buy a sand filter pump as the one that came with our pool was inadequate. We talked to Nikki at the store and she recommended that we buy a sand filter. Having done that, we had problems with the hoses being different sizes. Went to Nikki at Spa and Pool World and she researched it and found us the right hoses.

Next she set us up with the right chemicals to get our pool right. And since they test your water for free, it was easy to know what to add to our pool. Nikki even showed us how to winterize our pool. I could go on and on about this company and it's employees. They offer great customer support and are very knowledgeable about their products. I personally think that they should give Nikki a raise because she goes above and beyond.

Nikki was a great help! David done a great vinyl liner replacement / repair install! Very reasonably priced, timely and professional.

Tried 2 time's to get them to order me 6 inch drain covers they never called never ordered or couldn't find them. A run around. then I needed a sub box for my pool heater they couldn't help me but said they could sell me another heater didn't need a new heater. Crooks

I visited the store about a inground install. The project coordinator that I needed to speak to weren't there so I called next day. She was suppose to email me an invoice but I never got it. I called back and she was suppose to email it a second time. I never received it either. It's impossible to use a business that is not responsive at all.

Great customer service and product availability. I am a brand new pool owner and know nothing about maintenance and chemicals but they never make me feel dumb and help explain my water tests to me every time. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else! Even though their in-ground pools are way out of my price range ( I was told starting at $90,000) the lady who greeted me was pleasant and informative. I might come back to buy a hot tub from them since they do sell them.

Been looking for a above ground pool. The other places in Fayetteville either gave me a high quote or generally wasn't interested in selling above ground pools. One place even treated me like a lower class citizen since I didn't want a in-ground pool. But Spa and Pool world gave me a very fair price and they treated me without bias. So I purchase a pool from them. I could go on but then this would turn into short story. I definitely would recommend them. Thank you Spa and Pool World!

Replaced above ground pool liner and refilled our pool. Put chlorine in and water turned green! This place was fantastic! I took a sample in and they told me exactly what we needed to get our water back crystal clear within 2 days. I bought the products there for about $35, took them home, followed their exact written directions, and our pool was beautiful again in 48 hrs. They also gave us written tips on how to keep everything balanced as we have well water in Grays Creek. Thanks SPA & POOL WORLD! We'll be future customers!

We had a pool installed by this company in Summer 2018. We couldn't have been happier with the customer service. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. We enjoyed our pool all summer long. We had an issue with the liner getting a hole not covered by the warranty just as it was time to winterize. We got our new liner installed today, and are completely satisfied with the way it looks and how the company handled our complaints. Thank you.
