Ron did an outstanding job replacing my pool liner. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. Ron was quick to answer all my questions and educate us on pool maintenance and prolonging the life of our pool. He also gives great suggestions on proper maintenance and doesn't try to sell you on some thing you don't need. We are ready for summer and couldn't be happier with the work.

The gentlemen was nice and took the time to try and repair our hot tub leak, came out intermittently over 3 days, and couldn't repair it without hauling it into his shop which would have costed us more money. The times provided did not match up with what I saw on our camera's, we got stuck with a bill that was over $700 and absolutely nothing got fixed or resolved. Email response was very slow, but he did communicate back with us stating, "he's not sure about our cameras, but he'll settle for $525".

Mind you, once again, nothing got fixed at all. That was all for labor, in which absolutely nothing got done. $700 for his time. I give two stars for the promptness and effort, I don't mind paying for labor but when you didn't do a single thing it's hard to even pay $500. So heads up before you call for repair and keep track of your times.

I have called multiple times and left a voicemail, sent text messages, and no response. Nothing. Is he still in business?

Ron and his crew have great customer service! I have always gotten quick responses and very honest responses. When you work with someone you have to be able to trust them. I trust Strawberry Springs completely! Good people.

Called them to finish a hot tub repair, that someone else left unfinished. We set an appointment. I'm optimistic they will solve my problem

My husband and I were listing our house that has an in-ground pool this summer and needed our pool liner replaced ASAP before we could put our house on the market. Ron, the owner, was responsive to our time constraint to get our pool ready + house listed. He was out the very same day our pool liner came in to get our pool drained + prepped, and then him and his team were out several more times throughout the next couple days for install and to make sure everything was running smoothly getting our pool opened for the season. The pool turned out great and our house sold in 2 days! Ron also handles all our pool questions, openings, and closings.

I actually dislike writing a poor review but feel almost obligated to do so. We had an older 32 by 16 foot in-ground pool that was bought with the house, it needed to be majorly renovated and to Strawberry Springs credit, they were about the only Pool Company in this town at that time that I could communicate with and was willing to do the job. Everything was fine until they poured the walk around the pool, it would have probably been done correctly if there would have been supervision but it was not and we ended up with a two tone type walk around the pool, when they repoured it, the South Side bows in so you can hardly skim it, there were big chunks under the liner which I was assured could be tamped out, two left substantial stress Marks in the liner floor, stair rails off center 5 inches, black mold formed under the liner and ruined it in 4th year. Everytime I got Ron here (3 years now), the conversation would always end with "we're awfully busy so I don't know when will get to it".

Also asked for a simple estimate 3 times for insurance purposes - never got it! After this last time my wife implored me to move on and showed me a list with some photos of all the problems since the remodel, I felt as a courtesy I should let Ron know and the conversation turned ugly with this "business" owner threatening legal action against me. Ron would take no responsibility for any of the mishaps that occurred, it is my opinion that in trying to gain riches he has stretched himself to thin and can't handle his obligations. Thousands spent on a hole in the ground.the sad part is that this is only "part" of it! Get written guarantees and warranties on workmanship from this business on bigger jobs!

Always quick to respond to service calls. Very pleased with their work and quality of parts. Moved my hot tub which saved me a lot of hard work. They were able to order new cover and head rest for my older used tub. They keep my tub run efficiently. I highly recommend them

I don't have a pool or a spa but I was struggling to change my flat tire on the side of the road and a super nice man from this company spent an hour helping me and making sure I was alright all out of the goodness of his heart. I can only imagine this kind of service and kindness carries over into the pool and spa world. I didn't get his name but am very thankful.

Butifull place, plenty of space, changing room, bathroom, towels, spa. Overall it is a wonderful place with friendly people, butifull image of the mountains, the atmosphere is wonderfully with the smell of fresh air.
