Adams Pools did a very nice job resurfacing and retiling our pool, and it was very reasonably priced. We were really happy with it UNTIL we developed a large dark stain on the bottom of the pool, 4 months after the resurface was done. This was the end of May, 2021. We called, and left a message with the warranty department. We did not get a call back.
A couple of weeks later, the umbrella stand fell into the pool, and broke a couple of tiles on the steps. We called Adams back, asking for a call back about the stain, and to ask if they could do the repair, or if at least they could provide us with additional tile, as none was left behind when the work was complete (we did ask at the time, but it didn't happen).
I was told their scheduler would call me to schedule the repair. We did not get a call back. In mid-June I called again asking for help with the stain, and for the repair, and was told they don't do those kinds of repairs now, and to call some other company (they gave me a name). Still no call back about the stain. I emailed our sales guy. Turns out he doesn't work there anymore.
We've been calling them every few weeks, and keep getting told that they'll call us back. Today I called again, and asked to speak with the warranty person. I was told she was unavailable, but that I should email her. Then while I was on the phone, she emailed me. She had time to email me, but not talk to me on the phone? Now she's requesting photos and details of the issues via email. We were initially very happy, but their complete lack of customer service and disorganization has forced me to warn others - beware - this is not the experience you want.

I wouldn't even waste your time having them come out and give pricing. We approved their price, for a pebble finish, at the end of March and scheduled for the end of May. Gave updates on my progress and once it came down to it, they told me they can't do it. A little heads up in April or May would have been nice, so I could get on someone else schedule.
I even received an email asking what colors I was interested in 10 days ago! I now get to start over and get on someone else's schedule. Looking like August or September now. Sounds like they probably should just shut their doors with all the excuses and complaints they gave me.

Taking to long to finish a basic project. In condo community with approximate 256 households this company thinks it's appropriate for them to show up once every two week during a summer project, which keeps the pool closed until they are finished. Something that could have been done in 2 weeks is taking this company 8 weeks, maybe longer. Westwood village, finish what you started sooner than later.

We hired Adams Pool to install new plaster and tile in our 30 year old pool. They were highly recommended by friends and quoted the best price among several companies that we spoke to. They started our project promptly, and proceeded very quickly. They would have completed it within 2 weeks had they not been interrupted by the COVID-19 regulations.
After a two-week delay they completed our pool with fabulous results. Throughout the process, they were responsive and helpful. Work crews were friendly, efficient and scrupulous about cleaning up and showing care not to disturb landscaping, etc. They are good at what they do--I highly recommend them.

We moved into our new home and were faced with a renovation due to a leak. We called Adams pools and made an appointment for Matt to come out. From the beginning, he was straight forward, friendly and professional. We chose our tiles and finish, were informed of the prices and scheduled when the work was to be done. We were met with no surprises at all.
The work stages were completed as scheduled, all the crews were friendly, and professional. They answered all our questions and cleaned up when they were done. Adams pools was everything we hoped they would be. The pool is beautiful and we expect many years of enjoyment to come.

Adam's Pools made our dream come true. Their pebble finish makes our pool so beautiful. The turquoise color of the water is jaw dropping. The crew that came out were prompt, friendly and very professional. I recommend them to anyone looking for a pebble finish that offers the same quality if not better then pebble tec. Our pool looks amazing! Thank you Adams Pool! :

Adams Pool Specialties replaces the old plaster with a pebbletec bottom and new tile and a handrail. Ezra (salesperson) was excellent and patient explaining the options, meeting with us, going above and beyond for us, and his response time for needs and quotes was outstanding. The workers were hardworking, timely, as quiet as they could be, and did a wonderful job, keeping workplace clean as they went. Billing was easy and efficient. All in all they did a top notch job and we are extremely pleased with everything.

I've done 5 owner builder pools for myself and friends. I've done it this way so that I get the best subcontractors and save money. I am very particular on the quality of the builds and demand that it be done right. I used Adams Pool Specialties to install my Pebble Sheen plaster on my dream home pool. I did the research and decided they'd do the best job. Thankfully I was right.
Any pool plaster can have efflorescence or other issues but if these things occur you need the people that installed it to stand by their product. Adams Pools does just that. I had some minor ( to most people ) issues where there was some light discoloration in my dark Pebble Sheen about a year after it was built. I contacted Rodger Berry at Adams and by the following week he sent out a tech to check it out.
A no drain acid bath was recommended and in less than a week my pool looked pristine again. About a year later a similar thing occurred so Rodger sent the big gun out, Dave Gross, and even though my issue was very uncharacteristic and we never could figure out the cause, they fixed it, even though I'd built the pool over two yrs. ago. My plaster looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. Rodger Berry & Dave Gross stood by their product and that means a lot.

Thank you to Rodger and the rest of the crew at Adams Pools! My wife and I were very impressed with everything from your workmanship to your follow through. Our pool and spa turned out exactly as we had designed and we can't thank you enough for making this happen. We appreciate that your crew were always friendly and it's obvious your company takes good care of them. Given the number of compliments we have received, we highly recommend your services and look forward to enjoying our backyard for years to come!
