Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Would not recommend my pool was not maintained my daughter went swimming after they stated they maintained my pool and she came out of the pool with her eyes swollen and bruised due to something in the pool. Would not recommend! Services: Cleaning, General repairs & maintenance

This is the first local Google review I've ever written. I don't know what else to do, and I don't want anyone else to regret giving Pelican their money. Apparently, Pelican has gotten a new owner, and we have not received service since he took over. Pelican has, however, taken our money because we set up an autodraft with the original owner, and I didn't catch it in time.
I've tried to call both phone numbers five times in the last two weeks. I've sent two emails. I've practically begged him to call me back. I can't recommend strongly enough not to do business with this company.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Very unsatisfied by this company as they just won't provide service or leave receipt for it if they ever do show up. They actually do not seem to care that customers are not satisfied since the new manager has taken over. Such a shame since they started out so good and then went downhill. Pelican Pools has been my service company for many years and have provided me with professional and high quality service from day one. I am on well water and had concerns about, what I thought was water quality and a buildup of stains on the sides and floor of the pool. Pelican was very responsive to my concerns and resolved the issues with the iron buildup.
They gave me an understanding of what was happening with my pool and why it was happening. Value, professional, high quality service. I appreciate Cort and his quick response to my pool needs. I believe they will be servicing my pool for years to come.

ACES! ALL ACES! When I bought my home I didn't know the first thing about pools. I asked a lot of questions and PPS always responded with solutions. I shopped this service and I know for a fact their rates are better than most of the competition. My pool stays perfectly balanced and clean. I highly recommend Pelican Pool Service.

It's been a while since reviewed a company on Google, namely because the only times I am motivated to review a company is when they've made me mad. But sometimes I get so excited about a company that I have to online and say something straight from my heart. This is neither of those but tell you what, you won't find a better service than Pelican Pool. The owner is a stand-up guy and takes care of his people and customers.

EXCELLENT! they go above the call of duty and they have excellent rates! My pool pump went out and before we were able to get it fixed our pool turned green and had lots of dirt and debris on the bottom of the pool. I called Pelican Pool Co, and since it was my fault, I offered to go buy chemicals for my pool, but Pelican Pool wanted to fix my pool for me.
And they did! They made extra trips out to my home and even explained things to me about my pool and discovered that my pool gauge was broken. By coordinating with Pelican Pool Co. my pool got cleaned out and blue and clear! They have great rates on monthly chemical service and they have a great company they refer for pool repairs, who is also great and very reasonable! So I've received so many benefits from Pelican Pool Company! Thank you Pelican Pool!

We have used Pelican Pool Service for almost a year and the service has been great until the last three to four weeks. Haven't seen them or received their checklist that they leave after servicing your pool for at least a month. We pay them a monthly fee to treat the pool weekly during the summer and every other week during non-summer months. Algae started showing in our pool last week. Called Pelican and left a message on 4/15/17 to let them know.
They called back on Monday 4/17/17 and said they would send someone to check it out. It's Friday night 4/21/17 and Pelican Pool Service hasn't been to our pool or tried to contact us. I spent part of last weekend scrubbing the pool and it looks like I will doing the same thing this weekend. Hopefully, Pelican will respond and get our pool treated correctly. Until then, I cannot recommend them.

They are quick to take care of our needs, and surprisingly, when I call and say who I am, they actually know who I am. It's a nice touch to make me feel important enough to remember. Before Pelican Pool Services, we attempted a year of mixing our own chemicals and the pool was always having one issue after another. With them in charge, the pool is always the right color and never too chemically. Plus, the cost to have them buy and pour the chemicals isn't much more than when we bought our own chemicals. Good value. Thank you Pelican!
