Central Iowa Pool & Spa

It's a good thing we have Central Iowa pool and spa. they know what there doing. Always a learning experience when we go. glad they're in my back pocket.

We had to purchase a replacement hot tub cover. We did this a couple months ago however we still haven't gotten our new one but that is at no fault of the stores. It Hass to be made and shipped from out of state. Central Iowa pool and spa have been very easy to communicate with and follow up on the status. The staff there has always been very friendly and I would recommend going for anything that you need specific and specialized to your hot tub. I will say the store is overall a little bit pricey.

Hands down the best place in Iowa for all your pool and spa needs. Kate is absolutely amazing and takes her time explaining the process and needs of a pool. We had a very tough opening this year and she spent alot of time helping me get it corrected and making sure we were good to swim. My wife and daughter are enjoying the pool once again and it's all thanks to her and her great team. We also have a contract set to replace our above ground with an inground in 2024 with Mario. Much appreciated you guys, I very happy family with a beautiful clear pool!

Staff is all very helpfull as well as informative to all questions we may have about the care of our pool. They have lots of pool toys- cleaners for the pool- even safety glasses to wear in the pool. The business is very clean all the time and the service is friendly- helpful good prices and we always enjoy our shopping there.

We love Central Iowa Pool & Spa. They make you feel like you are there only client with the helpful, attentive attention. Extremely knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about them. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub.

Purchased many things here. I have my water tested here. They closed my pool this last fall. I have always been impressed with the staff in the store and teams in the field. Highly recommend this business if you have a pool!

Just bought a house this week that came with pools and owners gave us little to no direction! First time pool owners we were so confused took a water sample in and they ran it and we're Super helpful! Took the time to answer all my questions! Printed out directions for everything and got us the right chemicals to get us going! Left feeling way more confident about owning a pool. Definitely recommend!

Called this morning looking for chlorine tablets for my pool i was told they had 7 pound containers so I told them I will be there to pick it up when I got there they only had 3.5 so I asked if I could buy 2 they told me thier policy was only 1 per customer so I asked to talk to the gentleman I did on the phone and I was told by the girls working at the counter very rude that the manager would say the same thing they just did so i told them I'd like to speak with him anyway, the manager came out and apologized for the confusion he thought they had the 7 pound containers left so he said I would be able to buy two this one time and and older woman working argued with him and said if they do it for me they have to do it for everyone he said they would do it because I called and I wouldn't have came if they didn't have a larger size and took my things to the register as I walked over the older woman said that im just going to come back and do it everytime I do not think that was very professional at all I understand the policy and that it was a one time thing so that shouldn't have been said at all the manager was very understanding and apologized a few times for the inconvenience he was the only professional working that day it seems I'm glad he was there or I would have continued to be treated like a liar I won't be returning.

I started off late winter, inquiring about pools with several companies. I came across Central Iowa Pool and Spa and was blown away. I asked to come in and go over everything in person so I could have a better understanding, I was blown away by that meeting. Mario is a phenomenal guy, and our family is so grateful for him and his knowledge! After getting the equipment, Mario was still there to have our backs when it came to questions and concerns.

Fast forward to having the pool all set and water in it, a trip in to get chemicals tested and the gal was very knowledgeable and wrote exactly what I needed to do. I wouldn't look anywhere else for pools this is the place hands down!

I can't begin to tell you how AMAZING CENTRAL IA POOL AND SPA IS! If I could give them 100 stars I would! We have been using them for 2 years and their service is just superior, not to mention the sales and log of your past years chemicals! They are always willing to help, so professional, high quality products and free water testing! Their technician's and employees at the store are just phenomenal! Special thanks to Mario going above and beyond in helping us this with our new vacuum and pump!

Central Iowa Pool & Spa makes pool and hot tub ownership enjoyable! They take the worry and hassle out of maintenance and they respond quickly if any problem arises (many times the same day I call)! We just love the spa we purchased from here! We visited several stores initially and then decided we really wanted to work with Mario and his team. They were so helpful and responsive as we had questions. The delivery down to our home in Pella went so smoothly and Mario even takes the time to train you on how to run the spa and maintain it for the long haul.
