Ken serviced my above ground pool for a long time for a good price but was unreliable in the regularity of his service. Eventually, my hot tub which he also serviced needed a $400 part - I gave him the money and trusted him to fix the problem - time went by and he was no longer contactable and never returned the money nor did he repair the hot tub.
Regarding the pool itself, I noticed that it seemed to be caving in do I called him about it - he didn't come check on it and it did finally cave in. In the time that has passed since the hot tub situation, I still am so disappointed in this person that I once considered a friend.
