Thieves. I can't describe anything other than how this company operates. I requested someone to come out to look at the liner, and the tech was here no more than 5 minutes to talk me out of spending money because he didn't think there was a leak judging by the waterline. I offered to pay half the invoice for the time to come out. Rizzo continued to charge the whole hour and hung up on me.
Won't ever be dealing with these thieves they call a business. I don't see it this way, and your diver, to paraphrase, told me that it's not worth paying me to go in to examine for something. Commute time is something your company absorbs as the cost of doing business. You hung up on me and didn't want to work this out.

Rizzo Pool gave me an outstanding service. Not only they kept their promises, but also treated me with respect, professionalism and diligence. They have a great and talented team that is always on top of every matter. Since the very first day I spoke with Andrew, my experience was excellent. They told me everything as it is. No lies, no hidden costs.
The amount I paid was exactly what they told me since the very first day.! Even more important: they control their team schedule and timing. That is why they were able to built my pool in the same exact time I was told. Other houses in the complex where I live started Pool projects with other companies way earlier than me. and still no Pool is ready for them. Mine is ready, completed and exactly how I wanted it to be. Dan, Edgar, Angel and the whole team made my experience great!. What a profesional team they are!

Worst experience ever if I could not rate them I'd give them a negative number! Had an appointment for may 6 we're new home owners they never gave us a time and all of a sudden we look out side to see our tarp off and our hose moved and chemicals dumped all over our yard! I'm disgusted to call this pool I own a rizzo pool. And you should be ashamed to conduct business like this

Service is abysmal. Do not uss them for repairs. I've been blown off on several service calls, and every time I have not been notified they're even coming, they just come out. Every time getting them to come out has been pulling teeth. Additionally, after 3 visits they still have not fully fixed my hottub.

I needed a repair on my hot tub. I called Rizzo Pools service department picked up and was on schedule within a week. I can say my hot tub is fixed and running a lot smoother now. The service manager suggested I needed a new filter which I ordered through him and should be coming in within two weeks.

I just had my inground pool installed last week by Rizzo Pools my pool looks amazing. Even though the weather is starting to turn I am in it now just admiring my pool. They are quick to answer any questions I have. I will definitely be using them for my opening, closing, and weekly service once pool season starts again next year. Thanks Rizzo Pools

I had Rizzo Pools open my pool last week. My pool looks perfect. The guys were very professional and explained to me everything they did. I would highly recommend using their service when you need anything done for your pool. Thank you Rizzo Pools I can finally give my kids a break from being home schooled to now giving them a nice after school program with my freshly cleaned pool.

Working with Rizzo Pools was the biggest mistake we've made as homeowners. Their level of customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. We have been blown off on service calls a dozen times. my very new pool is leaking i call andy he never call me back it's ben over 2 months no one come to fix it

If I could give them a lower rate I would, horrible horrible service. called at least 20 times and was lied to each one. took the day off to be there for the service and was told 10 to 12 its 6 pm and no one has yet to call or show up leaving my 6 year old sad and disappointed. how this disgusting company lasted this long is beyond me. I wouldn't let this trash place clean my toilet.

I purchased a hot tub from Rizzo Pools and could not be happier. Every conversation and interaction - with James, Andrew, and Andy - has left us satisfied and smiling. But the star of the team, IMHO, is Edgar, the Hot Tub Guru, who has been incredibly generous with his time and knowledge. I very highly endorse Rizzo's for their great products, pricing, service, support.and people.

Serious lack of professionalism. Representatives from Rizzo Pools came out to our home on May 1st. It was a great conversation and they were very nice. The next day, their deck representative came out to our home, as we wanted both a pool and deck. We have not heard back from any of them and it's June 13th! We have called/texted at least three times and are just being put-off.
They've repeatedly said that we should hear something by "next Tuesday or Wednesday." and we have not heard one word. We have had another pool company come out since and they got back to us within a week. I completely understand that due to COVID-19, pool companies are overwhelmed with pool installations. However, there is NO excuse for this level of unprofessionalism. Needless to say, we went with the other company who knows how to treat a customer, which is what I will tell Rizzo should they ever decide to get in touch "next Tuesday or Wednesday."

Just got a pool installed I got missing screws floor pad never install call to see if they come back to finish the job all they tell me is I get back to you call the owner James at Rizzo pools and no answer from him do not do business with Rizzo pool all they want is money and you won't get full service after you pay them

Just the worst customer service. Called to get maintenance on a hot tub. Had me call again to get on schedule. Did that. Come morning of appointment, they are a no show. Call them for explanation, they can't say why they didn't show. Promised device guy would call the next morning. No call. I phone store, retail manager eventually promises they will be at our house the following Tuesday. Promises! Guess what? Tuesday comes and they are again a no-show, with no call. Absolutely had it with these liars.

Chris was in search of a new dart set, and a friend recommended Rizzo for their selection of quality darts. So, we set off on a quest. I have never purchased darts, so I am not really sure what qualifies as a grand selection. Rizzo had about four or five sets for $30 or under displayed on the counter. There were also about twelve to fifteen sets total of sharp darts and soft tip darts in a display case.
They ranged in price from around $50 to well over $100. I suppose that is a decent selection, but I am no dart connoisseur. What was great about Rizzo is that they allowed Chris to throw each set of darts that he was considering buying. They have an in-house board set up in the corner just for that purpose. It was very helpful for him to feel the weight of each dart set he threw, as he is a dart novice and would not have been able to make an informed decision based on internet specs alone. Dart enthusiasts probably hold a greater appreciation than I am capable of for the selection of dart components that Rizzo carries.
They have an entire half wall dedicated to components and various spinners/flyers that you attach to the end of the dart to make it awesome (I am sure there is a much more technical purpose for them). All in all, we had a good experience, and Chris now owns darts that he loves. So, if you need darts, forget the fact that this is technically a pool place, and go get your mini javelin on. Just watch out for the Cheeto bandit behind the counter who finds it completely unnecessary to wipe the cheesy powder from his fingers before man-handling your new dart set.
