We had a pool and hot tub installed by Highland Construction about 3 years ago. The selection and installation went incredibly well. However, what I also wanted to highlight is in the last 3 years, they have come over to the house when a thing or two needed to be fixed or replaced under warranty, and always have been responsive and kind. They do not just sell you a pool and leave, they build a relationship and always stand behind their work, Nora and Evan are great people and awesome to work with.

The people who work here are kind, level-headed, and hard working. They go above and beyond to complete your vision. The pools they have done are absolutely breathtaking! Awesome company

My parents purchased a diving board, solar cover and filtration system from them for their existing pool. Being seniors, it was important to deal with honest people who didn't over sell and gave good advice. They also re-tiled the edge a few years ago which made it look new. Nora didn't loose her patience with them for changing their mind or being indecisive. Also mom and dad were looking for quality without being taken to the cleaners. Thank you!

I hired Highland Construction Al Smith, Nora and Evan ( his kids) in 2016 to resurface my pool and install new stepedge tile and a skimmer. They started late and they never did the job properly. Upon completion, we realized they never removed the existing tile that the contract said was going to be done, the poor workmanship bad communication skills.

I complained the day they finished and the owner never came to look at my pool for weeks after they finished. They covered up mistakes they made. The end result was that they could not fix the pool that they had damaged and they gave me my money back. STAY AWAY! I did not want to give them any stars but the system would not let me posted unless I gave them at least one star.

Absolutely wonderful company and people to work with! Al, Nora & Evan are very helpful, understanding and honest! Would recommend them to anyone looking to have ANY pool work done!

This company did our indoor pool and did fantastic work. Great customer service and they have helped with anything we have needed since our pool was installed. We would recommend this company and have recommended them.
