Sardelli Custom Pools

The women there seemed very annoyed that we needed water tested. Kept huffing puffing and shaking her head. Told me she guess she can sell me the products I need? Told her no thanks and we'll find someone with more patience. This was my second attempt going to this store, 1st time came and the doors were still locked even though it was suppose to be open.

Critical: Professionalism I've had enough! I have dealt with this company for years. the owner is incredibly rude, but the service was always reliable. Last fall thet did not do a good job on closing. This week my pool was open by employees who did not do a proper job. When I spoke to the owner, of course, it was all my fault. Just frustratingly bad service. The owner in particular, who is one of those that thinks he's doing you a favor vs the other way around. Had a pool heater installed. The unit didn't work, so he had the warranty company come look. They concluded the gas line was not providing enough pressure (never an issue on prior similar size heater), and Sardelli claims now he said this would happen.

So you would install a heater you knew to be an issue, have the warranty company come out and waste time to confirm it, and then tell the customer it's their problem to solve? The fact Sardelli didn't assess the situation and provide a recommendation in advance is a big fail. Actually said "no one on earth tests the gasline before installing" - really?

All of this, coupled with the warranty company telling me this is his pattern and they were not fans - I so regret the decision to work with Sardelli. Worst of all, he keeps butt dialing me, so I get some false hope he's come to realize he's done this one wrong, but nope.just another sign I chose poorly

Got a pool Inspection when I bought my house and he did not test ANYTHING on the pool. Sardelli said an inspection is $375, and didn't say how lacking/non-thorough the inspection would be. Only spent about 30-40mins with me. He just gave some comments about what he thought about the pool without taking the cover off (this looks good / this looks bad, etc.). He did not care about what my goal was w having him out. I can easily say this was a money grab and a waste of money. Would not recommend

We had our pool installed by Sardelli in the fall of 2019, with last year being the first year that we had it open. We had a great experience with Mike and his team. Mike is very knowledgeable and this can come across as condescending at times, but I can tell you that he means well and wants the best for his clients. Do not be turned away by the other reviews if you want a high quality pool with the best Pentair equipment.

All of my friends that have pools are jealous of the efficiency and ease of use of the new equipment. I'm sure it will be tough to get on the schedule for a new pool build, but it is worth the wait. We buy all of our supplies from Sardelli too, and we are very satisfied with the quality and selection.

Stopped in to get some advice on a new pool installation and chemicals. The older woman behind the desk was very pleasant. The man sitting at the desk by the window was very rude and seemed very put out by my request. It seems I was interrupting his candy crush game. I asked about getting costs for water delivery for a new pool set up, told him I was interested and he snapped at me and said why!?

He told me they would charge me $1000 to deliver water to my house. I had priced this previously and it was between three and $400 per delivery. Will not return to this business ever again. Completely rude customer service.

After our previous pool company stopped serving our area, we hired Sardelli to open and close our pool. We're glad we did. They are more thorough and faster than everyone we hired before. The service they provide is great for the price. I highly recommend them!

They never completed the job, and seemed more interested in upselling me on things that I didn't need or which were not appropriate for my system. I wanted an expert that I could trust to provide quality service and sound advice not one that would take advantage of my lack of knowledge to pad their bottom line. This was not the company that I was looking for.

We were unsure what was going on with our pool and called the company that previously closed it. When they failed to return our calls multiple times we reached out to Sardelli's Pools. When I was told we would be their first stop the next day, they arrived at my house promptly at 8:00am as promised. They got straight to work and answered all of our questions.

They went the extra mile by cleaning and vacuuming our pool. They gave us in depth answers to each and every question, even the ones I am sure they probably thought were silly. This is the pool company we will be using going forward. We have had so many issues with other pool companies in the past. I am grateful we chose to give Sardelli's a call! I can't recommend them enough!
