We have a facility that exceeds 13, 000 square feet made up of showrooms, warehouse and storage areas. A family owned and operated retail business, we offer a complete line of above ground and in-ground swimming pools, spas, saunas, chemicals, parts, maintenance items and accessories. We are one of central Illinois largest pool and spa dealers and we are open for business twelve (12) months a year. We have a fully trained service department and a knowledgeable and experienced sales staff to assist you in all your needs. We are a member, in good standing, of the APSP and follow and support their standards and guidelines.

These are the nicest, most helpful people. We've been in probably 4 times and every time is great customer service. I was just in and my baby started fussing, they offered to carry my things to the car so I could nurse the baby. He even started my car for me and set the air conditioning on. Totally above and beyond!

Although I am still in the early stages of working with M & M Pools/Spas, I was very impressed with their willingness to listen to my issues and desired result. They understood that I had some additional concerns that I needed addressed and they spoke amongst themselves in their own areas of expertise and came up with a proposed solution. Then they did something truly exceptional in the pool business.
They said they would have someone stop by and look at the job while out my way. They are very busy and to take the time to get it right for me is time not making money. That was good to hear, business the old fashioned way. I hope I am able to say it all went well at the end too.

We have been VERY happy with the products and service from M&M pools. The staff is very helpful with how to care for your hottub. The last time we bought chemicals my daughter wanted some candy and I didn't have cash on me. The employee literally gave her his own money so she could get a gumball. We have quick and reliable service of our hottub as well.
