I cannot express how refreshing it is to deal with such a well organized, professional company. From the first contact we had with Pool Pros, our call was answered in a very courteous way and offered to send someone to look at our job (WITHOUT EVEN ASKING FOR MONEY!) Dan Sheppard, came out to meet with us. We needed a grab rail and a pool light put in our older pool.
He was well informed and explained everything to us, asked if we had any other questions and within a couple of hours we had a quote in writing. It was extremely competitive so we went ahead with the quote. Within a couple of days, we had our rail and new light installed. It is beautiful. Thank you, Pool Pros.

We first contacted Pool Pros for information and a price quote for a pool heater to purchase and be installed on our property. My husband reviewed the information with me and was impressed that this business was responsive to his phone inquiries. We ordered the pool heater (heat pump) and delivery was scheduled for a Thursday with installation to be the next day, Friday. Everything was done as scheduled and at the price quoted. Highly recommended.
