Amazing customer service! We built a pool in FL while living in WI so we relied heavily on our "team" for design and finish selections - and for everything else! Both Ben and Kayla were amazing and tireless in navigating the never-ending permitting hurdles and challenges. They were ALWAYS friendly and easy to reach. Oh, and the pool is absolutely gorgeous!

We usually wait until the job is completed before submitting a review, but after two weeks from starting our Superior pool we couldn't be more satisfied. The entire Superior team led by Larry has done a great job and are ahead of schedule. The quality of the job is exceptional and attention to detail and craftsmanship wonderful. They show up on time, are committed to their work and actually work well together with smiles on their faces. Best of all, they clean up at the end of every day and keep our neighbors happy. Working with Superior has been an awesome experience.

Susan and I just finished YEAR 1 with our new swimming pool. It has been great! In the 2011 calendar year we marked each time we were in the pool on a calendar my sister made for us and here are the totals. At 55' a mile requires 96 laps. If anyone is thinking about a lap pool, you can send them to us for our opinion or pass this on. It has been a life changing choice and Superior's family made our perfect.

3 years after installing my spool, I am so pleased I went with Superior. Whenever glitches occur (often associated with software upgrades), I can always reach my salesperson, Ben, at almost any time of the day, even week-ends. If he can't solve the problem, he sends me to a specialist, such as Robbie, and they are helpful, prompt, and always resolve the issue. I hear about problems with other companies and my neighbor and I always say we are so glad we went with Superior. The customer service is incomparable.

So, where do I begin. First Ben was professional and wonderful to deal with, from design to completion of our pool. He answered all of our concerns, kept in communication with us, kept sending us pictures and updates while we were out of state. When our pool was completed and we moved on to putting in the alarms in, setup our wifi and pump controls, we dealt with Corey and Patrick.

Both were awesome and helpful. They were so nice and were always available for questions and concerns. There's a reason why Superior Pools of SW FL have 5 stars and others don't. Thanks.

Contacted Superior Pools to have a pool handrail installed. The first person I talked was Larkin and she took charge and ordered the necessary equipment and set up the installation. Larkin kept me informed at all times. The installation went smoothly because the crew knew what they were doing and obviously had a lot of experience. We are enjoying our new pool and the family loves it! The pool crew was dedicated with no issues. Seth helped us come up with a great pool design. The electrical crew was very professional and precise. Neat and clean job! Josh was awesome for the start up of the pool. Pat was my trainer for pool school. He was very informative and answered my questions that I had.

We are hopeful that our review, written nearly a year ago, expressing our appreciation for the outstanding job done by Superior Pools would help others in their search for the best pool company. We believe a follow-up review of our experience might prove helpful. A major pool renovation can turn out beautifully, but people doing research to select a company might wonder if things continued to go well over time. Did the company keep its word?

Honor agreements/warranties? Respond to questions months later? Here is another layer of excellence that ensures we made the right decision in chosing Superior Pools. It is nearly a year later, and they STILL respond to any questions or requests promptly, cheerfully, and professionally. This company truly does follow their motto to treat customers like family, no matter the length of time since job completion.

As an example, we recently called Superior for an item we decided to add to our pool. Jon, the owner, was incredibly helpful and most thoughtful. Amy, who was also wonderful, called as a follow-up to let us know the date of shipment. Like family, she even remembered the fact that our adult children were coming to visit and expressed her own hope that the item would be here in time for all of us to enjoy.

We are new to ownership for the type of pool we now have. We are learning about its operation and Superior staff is always more than happy to guide us. Just days ago, we were assisted with a maintenance issue and someone from Superior came right over to resolve the matter quickly. The part was under warranty, which Superior honored. Empathy, patience, professionalism, follow-up, pride in workmanship, are just some of the ways to describe this company. We send our highest compliments to Jon for running Superior as he does.

This time Superior has built our new pool at our new home. They did an amazing job from Danielle designing it to Jon and company building it out. Came out better than expected and our vision has been realized. What I was really impressed with is the patience they showed with myself because I ask a lot of questions and I'm very detail oriented and like things a certain way. Jon was always there to answer my questions and address any concerns. Oh and our pool was done and we were swimming in less than 30 days! Amazing! Superior Pools are worth every penny and I would recommend them highly to anyone. It was a real pleasure to work with them throughout the entire process of our pool and deck remodel. They except no less than perfection of their products, craftsmanship and customer service. Last spring we met with 4 different pool companies with the intention of redoing our pool and deck and possibly our cage.

We knew immediately that Superior Pools was definitely the superior contractor regarding materials and availability, workmanship (no sub contractors), warranty and customer service (before during and after) and attention to detail. We hired them to remodel the pool, install a travertine deck (on the bias which involved more labor but for which they did not charge.) The quality of the travertine tiles are exceptional.

They stood by their promise to only use pristine pieces of stone. We also hired them to remove and install a new open view cage. The entire job was done in less than 2 weeks and is breathtakingly beautiful! Unfortunately the product we chose for our pool finish was disappointing not just to us but to Superior Pool staff as well. They quickly honored their warranty and took the steps to completely redo the finish at no charge to us. I can not stress enough how quickly and completely they acknowledged the less than perfect finish results and took the steps to correct it quickly and completely.

Superior delivered the project on time, at the highest quality and on budget. The job site was always tidy. Office staff is very responsive. Ben designed an awesome pool, Josh made the project work. We recommend Superior to anyone that is considering a pool.

Superior Pools did a..well.. superior job! The designer, Ben, was in touch with us at every step. They were honest and spot on that the permit process is lengthy but once the construction began they came in under the time estimated it would take.

Superior Pools did a "superior" job redoing our pool last April, 2016. The efficient way our reno was done amazed us. From start to finish, the project took 2 weeks to complete. We are extremely happy with the new pool that Superior Pools built for us. Starting with Danielle Turowski, the designer who answered every question we had with patience and knowledge and and understanding each stage of the process. It was amazing to watch each and every crew that works for Superior Pools. They do excellent work and are so coordinated that they move like a well oiled machine. Superior Pools stands behind their promise of 40 days or less.

Our pool was finished in 21 days. They have maintained our pool and have checked every
detail of the pavers. We will soon go through pool school so we learn to maintain our pool. Superior uses quality materials and equipment with quality workmanship. They are superior over other pool companies.

Superior Pools lives up to their name of giving a superior and quality service and pool. B Cook was an excellent, professional and very accommodating. He was literally available day or night! He was quite patient with us and our endless questions. Pat is very friendly and courteous and quite knowledgeable about pool chemicals. Josh was friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions in the construction field.

The office staff was quiet friendly as well! The gentleman, who did the pool tile work, the coping and finished the plaster work of the pool was meticulous and exceptional! The crew who laid the patio block decking were excellent! Absolute Aluminum did an outstanding job creating the pool cage to meet the dimension and design of our "L" shaped pool, off our lenai!!

The pool contract was all inclusive! Superior Pools uses their own contractors from start to finish. We didn't have to hunt and search for contractors to do each section and try to schedule them in. From start to finish, it was like a well oiled machine; each contractor coming in to do his part of the job! We truly didn't have to worry about a thing.

At one point, we were concerned about the color of the plaster; we wanted to have 'blue' water but the plaster was white. B Cook assured us that it would be blue and we trusted him that he would be true to his word. and he as!

Superior Pools did a complete redo on our 10+ year old pool. The original contractor had cut corners, installed substandard products and had poorly finished our 900 square foot pool, spa and beach areas. Superior removed old pop ups, skimmers, equipment, decking and wall material, essentially built us a brand new pool. I can't be positive enough about the workmanship, response to any issues raised - the overall professionalism of Superior and staff.

In the end the finished product looked fantastic and works flawlessly. We did our research and decided on Superior based not only on online reviews but on the actual work they had completed which we were able to see in pictures and onsite. We are completely satisfied with the product and ongoing technical support.

Every worker and support person associated with this project was terrific. I ended up with a beautiful pool and SPA. Many people in my community suggested Superior Pools and I am very happy that I followed their advice. If you get a SPA, consider getting extra steps if you have any knee issues. It makes a big difference. Each worker I encountered was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. The owner was always responsive. Also consider getting fun mosaics for the bottom of your pool.

Very helpful with pool and deck layout. Good suggestions for location and shape of pool, entrance steps, fountains, and jets. Great selections of pavers, pool finishes, lighting and designs. Many pictures to view to get an idea of what the finished product would be in its finished stage. Excellent pool equipment to choose from to operate the pool.
Installation was accomplished on the time line presented.

Personnel were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Top-flite training provided on pool operation and keeping the pool chemically balanced.

Secured all government permitting necessary. Extremely satisfied with finished product.

We absolutely love our custom pool built by Superior Pools of Port Charlotte, FL. We chose this company over 4 others. Pricing was good, design services were excellent, they had good recommendations but really important too. Robin, our salesman and designer listened to our ideas and spend many hours with us long before we contracted with them. We repeatedly changed the plans and always felt our calls were welcomed.

The products used were of good quality, many items were standard such as Pebbletec and Pentair pool components. The biggest advantage that Superior had over the other companies was pool size. The other companies kept increasing the price every time we enlarged the pool. Superior only increases the price when you go over 340 sq. ft. Not sure if they are offering the same deal now but it was definitely a deciding factor for us.

Once we signed the contracts everything went according to schedule. They did exactly what they said they would and in a timely fashion. The office staff and workers were friendly and accommodating. The company owner stopped by many times to make sure we were pleased with the progress. They became like family and we still stop by from time to time to say hello or they give us a holler when they are in our area.

Our pool has been finished for a year now and we are 100 percent satisfied. This company definitely takes pride in their work. Whenever we are alway for a month or more we also utilize Superiors pool cleaning services. The service is excellent and Josh is extremely helpful and conscientious.

No doubts, no stress!! It's been a year since Superior built our pool. It was actually a good experience for us. The people at Superior have tons of patience and are VERY nice and friendly. We chose Superior Pool to do our new pool and spa at our new home. We have had pools before and from the discussions with salesperson thought they had a very good package deal. We had our pool build July 2013. We were recommended by our friends that had their pool build by Superior Pools. We had our mind set on a price. When we met with the salesperson we told him what we wanted. Once he came over he told us what we could get and how much it would cost. We went with it. Construction began July 16, 2013. The pool was completed August 8, 2013.

We are 100% satisfied with the entire staff. Superior pools stands for their name. Anytime we call them for anything, we get a call or someone is at our residence the next day. I highly recommend superior pools to anyone that is going to have a pool build. Especially if you want to be satisfied.

We had our pool built by Superior Pools last August. We have enjoyed a full year with our new pool and spa, and love it. Superior did a great job, and our pool was completed in a month. Superior pool installed our pool one year ago when we were still living elsewhere. From start to finish they proved to be the right choice. During the research phase of our pool Superior's price was higher than the others, but the salesman (Robin) had insured there would be no surprises. After getting an "apples to apples" price comparison all of the bids we essentially the same.

We received timely updates with photos as the work was being completed and the property was left ready for landscaping as promised. Josh did a thorough and patient "pool school" so we would be able to care for our pool. Daniella quickly got two minor equipment warranty issues resolved. Superior Pool's name says it all!

They so what they say they will do and if any problem arises they take care of it quickly. They kept me informed of what would be happening each step of the way. They even replaced a burned out light after the warranty was over. I've asked them to take a look at a couple of things and they always take care of everything quickly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I Love Superior Pools!! We selected this company to build a pool with an enclosure at our new residence. We were new to the area and didn't have any recommendations from anyone for a pool company. We did a lot of research and selected Superior. They really live up to their name. They exceeded all my expectations. Everything they told us happened exactly as planned.

Their staff is wonderful and my pool was completed, start-to-finish in under a month. We had a pool built at out last home about 20 years ago and I swore that I would never go through that again. It was a 3 month process and we were misled about many things. Not so with Superior! There were no hidden costs or surprises. All the staff are very friendly and happy to answer any questions.
