Yandle's Splash Time Pools

We just wanted to let you know how happy we are with our pool. The experience was enjoyable from start to finish. We found all of the contractors to be not only timely, but clean and orderly while doing their respective jobs. Everyone we have come in contact with throughout this process has been nothing but friendly and willing to answer any and every questions we had along the way. Your staff is professional, courteous and quite frankly, a pleasure to deal with.

I was very pleased with the experience I had with Yandle's. All the workers that you have working for you are very experienced and polite. I would recommend Yandle's to all my friends and family.

Very easy process, excellent result. I read reviews before hiring them and did note that some people were frustrated with a lack of a schedule but I don't need to know exactly what day they are coming so I didn't care and adjusted expectations. They also have to wait on the county to come inspect along the way. If you email them, they respond every time. Otherwise, they'll be there when the specific crew that's needed for the next step gets to you.

They are installing alot of pools, not sitting around. Expect a waitlist from all the options right now. They also provided a step by step guide on the building process in the contract so maybe just read the contract? There are different teams like the excavation guys, concrete guys, fencing guys etc. All of them were polite and hardworking. I always offered water or to let me know if they needed anything and they always came prepared with their own of whatever they needed.

Some of the guys are v young so I was initially kinda like "I hope they know what they're doing." Spoiler alert: they do. We got several quotes and theirs was one of the lower priced ones. The other cheaper quote we got from another company might as well have been drawn on a napkin. Yandles' quote and documentation were clear and professional. We have no complaints. The pool is beautiful and I can finally garden until im melting, dip in the pool and get back out and garden more. The kids love it too. 5 starts, would recommend.

My daughter called for me to get the pool estimate scheduled and the girl who answered the phone was short and sounded annoyed that we did not know our property lot number here in On Top Of The World, told her we would get it and call back but after she thought she hung the phone up she huffed and said "really lady" and slammed phone down. Never the less we will use a different company. Oh I did cal back to speak to a manager and she wanted to know why and what it was in regards to.

It started off great. We signed a contract on the pool April 15, 2020. In the contract it states that the pool will be complete within 12 weeks. Six months later it was "finished." Throughout the process there was very little communication. I had to email them to find out when the next step would be done. Every time. Sometimes I would get a response, sometimes not.

It seemed like we couldn't get anything done unless we emailed them asking what the hold up was. We have not been rude or demanding, but we did let them know that we were 'understandably frustrated' with them and their lack of communication. They said they had been delayed because they were unable to get workers due to coronavirus. I can understand that, but it should be communicated before the contract is already 2 months overdue.

They completely overbooked themselves knowing they couldn't do the work in a timely manner. Now, we are left with a pool that we can get signed off on from inspectors because they failed to get each part singed off on. Over that last 2 months we have either been ignored or told they will get back to us. I am glad some have had a great experience with this company, we have not.

After chasing the other guys and getting astronomical quotes in the heat of the summer. Stopped in one day and Henrietta and staff took care of the rest from there. Everything was on paper and right in front of you, no hidden charges. We love out finished product and their professionalism to meet our families expectations.

Was recommended by several friends and co workers. Started out wonderful. Henrietta was amazing, patient, and kind. Great pricing and a great reputation around town if you are ok being treated as a second class citizen by certain team members.

Hit every timeline they said they would. Pool was complete in 12 weeks. Pool quality seems good, closing in on our first year. All staff were very helpful especially Anthony who is always very friendly. Communication started off very strong and lacked a little towards the end but overall if you are persistent they will right any wrongs.

The pool turned out beautiful and I know we will love it but the poor communication was so frustrating and has never improved nor been acknowledged or attempted to be rectified. Henrietta is polite courteous and knowledgable but doesn't communicate. I had my irrigation company coming to clamp off my irrigation but the construction began without any notice to me this lack of communication cost me about 1,000.00.

There was no apology just an "oops" Logan and Anthony were also very polite as were all of the field crew. Ashley is rude and condescending. She must be a relative - no employer would tolerate such obnoxious conduct. There was a problem with the plan also that didn't take into account the outside water access and it was solved but not to my complete satisfaction.

They have an excellent reputation and are well known but I wish I had gone with outback pools. Outback was awesome at communication and gave me a lower bid and were vendors for top quality equipment.
