I decided on Reeds for my pool servicing needs because of the time they spent talking to me. I had a LOT of question since I was a first time pool owner & all my question were answered. Over time I decided to give it a go on my own & Reeds didn't give me a guilt trip or even try to talk me out of it. What I got was "if you need anything just give us a call". A season later we called them back & I am still as happy with their service as I was before; I just feel comfortable with Reeds.

Everyone at Reed's is wonderful to work with. In my experience over the last decade, this is the only pool service that's been consistently reliable and professional, and doesn't push services or products that aren't requested or needed (ie I've never had to deal with the dreaded upsell). Most importantly, these folks are honest; although they could have simply sold me new cartridges for my filter, they allow me to save substantial money by showing how easily the cartridges can be cleaned and, if the structural integrity is still there, reused. And if Michael comes to service your pool, you'll meet the nicest and kindest guy out there.

We had an outdated pool filter/circulation system that finally gave out. I contacted a number of companies to get estimates but didn't even feel comfortable with their recommendations and knowledge level. Then, I contacted Reed's Pool Service. They sent out one of their team members, Michael. Michael was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns.
He recommended a system that addressed our needs and was within our price range. The system was installed professionally and was warranted by Reed's. We are very happy with our new system and with the team at Reed's Pool Service.

Reed's is great! We were using another pool service and they were unpredictable and disorganized, and my pool ultimately ended up turning green. Michael, the operations manager from Reed's came out and was extremely thorough in analyzing our pool and needs. They got our pool back to normal in no time and we will continue to use them for weekly cleaning and maintenance!

Reed's Pool Service is awesome. They have been incredibly helpful to us as new pool owners. They keep my pool sparkling clean and have installed a handrail for me. We discovered after we moved into the house that we had a leak. They sent someone out and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem rather quickly. Thank you James and Joseph for taking great care of us.
