NVBlu built our pool over the past winter and we have a weekly maintenance contract through them. I can't say enough good things; their customer service was above and beyond! After a recent bout of heavy rains, our pool and patio completely flooded and was full of mud. They offered to come out to drain and clean it free of charge, all we had to do was pay the water truck. (We also could've done from the hose but opted not to) It was the height of busy season and they dropped everything to give us a sparkling clear pool within 48 hours after we first called. Chris, Tony, and their whole team was PHENOMENAL, and I highly recommend this company.

Was nice that they responded to the initial inquiries fairly quickly and came out to do some measurements. They stated the quote would take 2-3 weeks and its been longer than 3 months. At least they responded to emails with the same, it'll be next week. They come out fairly quick but if the price isn't worth it to them, they drop you like rock in favor of the $300k+ pool designs. Don't waste your time, there are others that'll be honest with the time line.

We had a decent size pool built by this company. They were brought to us by the landscaping and GC company that was leading the overall backyard project (gazebo, patio, retaining walls, etc.). The NV Blu contract was over $140k after change orders. One change order was the result of land and soil conditions (thus not an NV Blu issue) and one was a disappointing miscommunication with the sales rep around coping for the pool edge.
We had a lot of issues during the installation process, including poor communication issues, failure to comply with agreed to work conditions (one of which cost us $10k in non-related repairs to a shared driveway), a leak in the pool resulting in needing to get in refilled, rude workers and subcontractors (one parked on our neighborhood bike path and yelled at wife when she asked him to move his truck to our driveway instead).
The list goes on and on. I'm very unhappy with how they anchored our winter cover into the patio and now many anchor points are pulling out causing stubbed toes and likely future damage to the patio stones. We had one issue with a bracket not being properly installed to hold a large stone near the pool cover which resulted in anyone stepping there falling forward into the pool (see photo).
For two years, I've been trying to get it addressed and finally broke down and just paid someone else to come fix it given it was such a safety hazard. We've had significant issues with our automated pool cover. NV Blu would dispatch a team and then the same issue would be present the very next day (see photo). Trying to get them back out proved impossible and the cover would keep registering as closed, even when it was open.
With the system installed, the sensor indicating a cover closed means we couldn't run our pool cleaner or spillover. It appears that the delay responding is an NVBlu tactic to not handle warranty issues as that even though I had highlighted this issue during the warranty period, they wouldn't repair it later as we were now outside the warranty period. Again, more repairs that I was expected to be covered that ended up becoming out of pocket expenses.
Since install, our Jandy pump has died. Our Aquapure has had part failures and suffers from flaky connectivity that has never been fully fixed even though it was reported well within the warranty period (see photo), we've had several pipe leaks, and wiring issues. This is for a well maintained pool as we pay several thousand dollars per season to have a professional company come once per week, so we really stay on top of maintenance and other issues.
In our most recent round of communications, I was promised a response when the person returned from a wedding and never got one despite my reminders. I finally sent a note expressing my frustration and copied the owner and the GC that worked with them. I invited them to give me a call as I was at the point of writing a negative review. One month later, no calls, email or any sort of response from NV Blu to help a frustrated customer, so I'm keeping my promise and warning others not to work with them. Based on our experience, we'd recommend you stay away from NV Blu and take your business elsewhere. Also note that one of the 5 star reviews is actually an employee at NV Blu. You would think their business ethics standards wouldn't allow for them to rate themselves.

The shining star at this place is Tony. He goes above and beyond and maintains a great customer service attitude. He is always smiling and pleasant with us, and honest. We have had our ups and downs with NVBlu the past few years, but Tony is the reason we have continued to stay with company. He has turned around some of the service issues we have had in the past and seems to be incorporating those principles we appreciate with his team of people as well.

Have left 3 voicemails in their general mailbox at their main number plus emailed them several times for assistance with extensive renovations of my existing huge pool and spa. No returned calls. For such a "premier" pool company, they sure fail when it comes to customer service, and I haven't even contracted with them. Based on the reviews here, I'll move on to Town & Country and Lewis Aquatech for help. Business must be REALLLY GOOD. I have one quote from one pool company that is at $57,000. Must be nice to pass up that amount of business. Bye bye NVBlu!
