Perma Pools

Perma Pools delivered a fantastic pool for our family in May 2022. It was a big project but working with Ron, Ed and Dan was an extremely positive experience. From the very first time I met Ron, he was extremely transparent with the process of getting a pool built. He took the time to thoroughly explain the process from start to finish and explain every tiny detail and the challenges we might face in the process. Ed took over the construction process and guided us through it.

I had the privilege to meet Doug, George, Greg, Aaron (Sr and Jr), Ross and Neal and each of them were friendly, patient and professional. Joel did our stamped concrete and it couldn't have turned out any better than we expected. In fact, the inspector from the city of Fishers asked for Joel's contact information. If anyone is looking to get a pool built, I would highly encourage them to consider Perma Pools.

Perma Pool did a great job installing our in ground pool earlier this spring. They were very professional & informative doing their work. I didn't personally meet all of their crew but the ones I did were very friendly & helpful. Dan Majestic was always making sure we were happy with their work. Crew members like Mark, Ross, Neal, Wayne were great explaining the process & ways f doing things.

The only office personnel that I've gotten to know is Christen & she's wonderful at explaining the ways to take care of the chemicals in your pool. I highly recommend Perma Pool.!

Perma Pools did a great job on our new pool install this spring, and the team has been very responsive to our questions. Mark, especially, has been awesome, giving us detailed instructions on the operation of our sanitization system and helping us balance the pool chemistry. Everyone at Perma Pools has been professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Being new to Carmel, one of the first things we wanted to do was install a pool. Perma Pools was recommended by our neighbor. It was a great recommendation. The pool came about beautiful. Working hand in hand with Ed, Virgil, and Neal was a pleasure. They were all very professional when anything was needed or updates were asked for. The response time on my emails, calls, or texts was unbelievably quick. If you're in the market for a new pool, I highly recommend Perma Pools. You will be extremely happy with the finished product.

Perma Pools are FANTASTIC! I purchased a pool right before COVID hit. Although installation was delayed (No fault of Perma), they continued to update me about the status. Every person I met during the entire process were friendly and professional. I will say Mark taught me so much about pools (first time for me) and was PATIENT! He took the time teach me how to make it easier to clean a pool.

He educated me on so many things and SHOWED me, as he realized I was a visual learner! Dan is great too! He is VERY responsive with returning emails. I have ZERO complaints or what I think can be improved. If you want a pool-ORDER EARLY! I also give Perma permission to give out my phone number to anyone wanting to speak about my experience.

Daniel Majestic & his team were outstanding! We had our pool liner replaced this spring & I was concerned about getting it in early enough to get the pool water properly balanced to open, in the midst of a very RAINY stretch. I enjoyed working with Perma Pools, they were straightforward and courteous. They explained ahead of time areas where there is potential for cost increases above and beyond the original bid. They communicated through out the process so I always new what was going on and what the next steps would be. I have no intention of selling my current home and needed to build another pool but if I did I would definitely use Perma Pools again.

This was our first pool and had a lot of queries and we wanted to go with the best. Perma Pools actually proved that our research was accurate and we picked the best company to take care of the job. Perma Pools stood apart from the rest in terms of quality, professionalism and services. They took time to commit but when they did, they never miss a deadline.

Now that we have the finished pool, we can say we are happy and enjoying it as much as we can. All of the Perma Pool staffs that came to our home were polite and did great work, and Perma Pools just created an overall great experience for us! Permapools did an awesome job installing our new 14'x30' in the ground vinyl liner pool. Their web site is very informative and very explanatory, which is very helpful when you're considering a pool. All of the professionals that worked on our project where very helpful and knowledgeable. We never doubted that we made the right choice going with Permapools. We would recommend Permapools 100%.

Dan, Daniel, Ed, etc etc. All professional and awesome to work with! We built a new pool and it was simply a seamless and excellent experience from start to finish. We were blown away by everything, you can tell they've been doing this for awhile. Dan was spot on recommending the Olympia! The overall process was much quicker than we even expected.

The lights are super cool, we are glad we went with the colored ones. Perma went above and beyond even when they didn't have to, to make sure we had and continue to have such a great experience. We love the pool, we love the backyard, we have had soooo many compliments. Thank you Perma, you guys rock and we are so grateful to you for giving us our dream!

Perma pools was a great experience, and like with any big project there will be bumps in the road due to issues totally out of anyone's control. Weather, supply backups, etc. But I promise Perma pools will be there every step of the way. Always responding quickly in a kind, professional manner. They will work and work to get things done to perfection.

You will never have to worry that you are not appreciated and a top priority. I want to thank Perm pools for building us something great for all of our family and friends to enjoy for years snd years. We are extremely happy with the outcome.

Just had our pool construction completed by Perma. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Pool looks fantastic, and we're very pleased with the result. A few things I liked about Perma: The communication during the construction process was constant. Great updates on status, and what was coming next. The Perma team were patient with my many questions.

And they answered quickly with responses that made sense and left me satisfied. I also enjoyed the professionalism of all the Perma workers who came to my house; they were all friendly, would explain what they were doing They were happy to answer questions about the way they were installing their parts of the job which kept me informed. And finally the management team was great too.

I had some special requests and they jumped all over them with fair and accommodating decisions. We're looking forward to our opening and pool school next spring. A job well done!
