I can't tell you how delighted I was to receive a cruise as a thank you. How wonderful and generous of you. My sincerest thanks. I'd also like to acknowledge our salesman. His vision and artistry was most comforting throughout construction. He never failed to reassure me that everything would turn out beautiful, and it did. It was such a pleasure working with him and my thanks to all the Vacation Pools team. They were great!

We just wanted you to know that we absolutely love our new pool! It is beautiful and exceeds all of our expectations while showcasing our backyard. We feel that Vacation Pools and their subcontractors did a very high quality job in a timely manner. You fulfilled all your promises and we ended up with a pool that looks far more expensive than we paid for it. We would highly recommend Vacation Pools to any future customer.

Called over 2 weeks ago, they said some one will call me back in 4 days and I'm still waiting for a call back.

Critical: Professionalism Horrible communication. No one knows what they're doing or where to direct you for information. They make a deal with you but then forget about you and try to move onto the next deal. Definitely wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy no professionalism no communication.

We used Vacation Pools for six months before we decided to terminate service. Everyone sounds so nice but they really don't care about their customers. Asked them four times between in person & over email to clean the filter. They never did. We have a salt water pool & found out the pool guy was pouring chlorine into the pool. When I called to find out why, the customer service rep told me on the phone that in the hot summer months they need to.

That didn't sound right to me so I emailed a few days later as a follow up only to get a response that they had sent me an invoice of $995 to fix the salt cell a month prior. What? Why wasn't this mentioned when I called on the phone? Looked through every email from them & there was nothing. I asked for the "report" that they said the pool guy did the month before showing there was an issue.

They wouldn't sent it to me. Why? What ethical company denies sending a report of what's wrong with an estimate for $995? So our pool equipment was not working for a month & no one told us until I pushed the issue. Our pool is now a mess with high levels of salt etc. At no point did the pool guy ever mention to me there was an issue & no one bothered to call us. Now we have to drain our pool and start over. Beware of using this company. Maybe they are just to big to care. This would be zero stars if it was an option.

My pool was built by Vacation Pools before I owned my house. There is a rust spot that's growing, I sat it's from rebar, Troy from Vacation Pools said it's from iron deposits in the agate. See enclosed pic. Also, I had stripped the threads on the cover for my valve and needed bigger screws. Troy used plastic drywall anchors and tightened them so tight that he cracked and broke the cap.

Now it's leaking like crazy and I can't get anyone to resolve this or get Troy to answer my calls. I don't think I should have to pay money out of my pocket to have this fixed. Oh, btw I gave him 60 dollars for him to break my valve cap. Pics enclosed

I've tried and tried to resolve my issues with the owner of Vacation Pools Gerald. its only been three years and no resolve. They built my brand new pool and i couldn't even list the problems they have caused without writing a book. i will tell you one of the most important things was they never added chlorine or salt to my pool after they built it. with in a couple of weeks i had mustard algae in my brand new pool. this is a problem that will never go away. this company has changed its names several times to avoid previous customers, and litigation. their concrete work is terrible, and their pool designs are sub par. Please do your self a favor and go elsewhere!

Our backyard remodel was done in such a timely fashion with the the utmost quality of work and team! We were very pleased with how everything came out including the time frame in which it took that exceeded our expectations!
