New Swimming Pool featuring a raised bond beam containing three sheer descents and two laminars by Pentair Pool Products. The center sheer descent is 6'0" in length and the outer two are 18" in length. The laminars are complimented by two additional laminars on the opposite side, all four feature LED's for spectacular visual effects at night.

Brand new design by E.A. Lyke & Son, Inc. in Ventura, CA. Layout includes a grand firepit waterfeature on the upper deck, a large spa with views of the valley below, spillways and scuppers moving water down to the pool, a large reflecting pool between the spa and the pool which also serves as a shallow kiddie pool with a playful bubbler, a runnel that travels under the raised deck into the pool and the show stopper, the beautiful infinity edge pool.

Tropical layout for a new pool with multiple water features. The patio consists of Artistic Pavers featuring a beautiful texture and color. The pool is complimented by a raised fire pit and seating area. Behind the pool is a grand raised bond beam with 3 sheer descents and 2 laminars (deck jets) that are balanced by 2 laminars on the opposite side of the pool.
