The company was founded in 1976 by Dave Slattery and Ron Callaghan. Dave had more than seven years of pool management experience working for one of the major pool companies in the area. Ron, who graduated from Georgetown University had some banking and finance experience to lend to the effort. In the early 1980's we were joined by Jon Slattery, Dave's brother, whose engineering background was a perfect fit for the complicated timers, heaters and pumps of modern swimming pool technology.

Our family continues to be pleased with Capitol Pool Service after 10 years. They provide personal, friendly and very efficient, service. They are quick to respond to our problems, which are few, since they anticipate and solve them in advance. Their staff members are good friends of our family by now!
