Joe's Pool was amazing! We had a 20x40 custom in-ground pool installed and the owner was present on site each day to ensure it was done correctly. He took time to answer all questions and was very professional. He is an expert and we had a stellar experience and highly recommend this company. They were timely and affordable compared to other companies researched

We have had multiple instances with never hearing back after putting in a request for service on our pool. We have been using this company for 5 years. We can no longer get anyone to show up and are always told that Joe knows about our request and will get to it. We have currently been waiting weeks for any answer. They never call back and he will just show up at some random date and leave a receipt.

I called Joe's pool service looking to have a new liner installed and concrete work done. I was told that Joe was really busy and that I could leave my name and number. I proceeded to give my name and number, but was told without my last name and address I would not receive a call. All I was looking for was a call and some information. Seems a bit excessive. No thanks!

I am not a customer, just a nosy neighbor. I have been watching as a couple of my neighbors are having pools put in. One neighbor is using AAA Pools, the other is using Joe's Pools. AAA started on June 1, they were promised to be swimming by July 4th. Joe started on July 18th and within five days, his two-man team had already surpassed AAA pools (who usually sends a group of 4-5 at a time and they stand around while one guy works).
I won't be surprised if Joe's pool is done before AAA pools. They really waste no time and get the job done as soon as possible. If I ever decide to get a pool put in, I'll definitely be calling Joe.

I called them to come out and remove the cover from my pool and get it up and running. It took about 3 weeks to come out and when they finally came I received a phone call later that evening to be told we will not be able to service your pool, it's just too much involved, it's about a 4hour job. So it seems as if they want to charge hundreds of dollars to do nothing.
