Working with aqua leisure was the worst experience I have ever had. Mike was ignorant beyond measure! He even came to my house and argued with me! Talked down to me and always had an attitude. I tried explaining my situation to him multiple times but he refused to listen until he actually came to my house and seen for himself. They never answered the phone and when they do they have no idea what they are talking about!
My pool was supposed to be installed in the beginning of June and it didn't get installed until the middle of August! They tried blaming the weather but it was laziness! I don't know how they stay in Business! However the actual pool installer who is out sourced (ray) he was awesome. I highly recommend finding a new pool company!

I had a great experience with Georgi at Tannersville Aqua Leisure. She went well above providing service/help to me. She promised to work with me until the problem was resolved and did. We communicated many times for about a week until she got the Wilkes Barre division to contact me and resolve the issue. She could have easily ignored me since my problem was with Aqua Leisure Wilkes Barre. She said I work for Aqua Leisure and can help. She kept me a customer. Thank you Georgi.
