Dear Dan & Debbie, Thank You for doing such a nice job on our pool. Pools are seasonal here in Colorado so repair companies are few. Of the few many do not have experience in all the components as you do. We were very pleased with the professional job you did on our multiple repairs, and we were also surprised and delighted that you did those repairs when you said you would. They also refurbished our hail damaged steps at a savings of thousands over replacement cost!

My hot tub just quit heating the water so I called DND Spas and talked to Debbie about my problem. She asked me to send her a picture of the control panel because it had a code on it she needed to know. I messaged her a picture. and within minutes Dan called me and had me do a number of things with the settings to help me get me tub fixed. He spent a good amount of time with me on the phone and wouldn't accept payment for his time.

This didn't fix my tub so I scheduled them to come to my home. I have to say Dan is very experienced he has over 30 years of experience and diagnosed the problem quickly. I would highly recommend DND! Debbie and Dan were very nice and helpful over the phone and extremely knowledgeable in this field, it was a pleasure doing buisness with them.

Dan came out to troubleshoot my 20YO hot tub. I found him to be timely, extremely professional, and he went above and beyond to explain the problems to me as he was fixing them. His pricing is very fair, and I consider him a great asset to help keep my hot tub running as long as possible.

Dan and Debbie have been servicing my hot tub needs for over 20 years. We are now on our second hot tub and continue to be very happy customers. Dan is very knowledgeable and professional. 5 stars! Dan & Debbie are great! I bought a used high-end hot tub last week and for some reason the heater wouldn't engage. I called Debbie and she walked me through a few trouble shooting options while I was on the phone (at-least 30 mins). When those didn't she let me know that her husband Dan could come out on Monday morning. Dan showed up on time and knew exactly what the issue was (wire in wrong spot).

He fixed the problem within 20 minutes and then spent some time with me on how that hot tub worked, the jet features as well as educated me on the chemicals I had. These guys went the extra mile to make this a good experience when I called multiple other companies and they just want to "sell you something". Highly recommend!

From the first call to Debbie to the service from Dan this is the best experience I've had with a spa company. I had Dan out to fix a hot tub that we inherited when we bought our home. He was honest and gave us the best and cheapest options for repair which is hard to find these days. My hot tub is working great and is wonderful to have on cold days. Honest & Fair Company! Addendum. Once again, Dan and Deb come through. I needed a replacement cap for a diverter valve. I texted Dan and he found a used part in this supplies and gave it to me for free. My hot tub was up and running in 2 hours thanks to their generosity. These folks have been a great resource and I will always call them first when the hot-tub needs fixing.

Thanks guys. I've used DND Spas twice over the years to repair an aging hot tub. I've found them to be responsive, prompt and delightful. The most recent work was just completed, replacement of the main electronics in my old Acura Spa. It took them two hours. Their prices are reasonable and I'd hire them again in a second to work on my Spa.

So refreshing to run into folks who care so deeply. They are knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. On the phone, Dan told me my leak might signal a serious problem, and talked me through just how to diagnose the issue.

With an action plan in place, Dan arrived early to our appointment! And he got the heater replaced with aplomb. There was even a factory issue with the ground wire that he found and corrected. Our hot tub is fixed, we're thrilled, and the job was done on time and under budget.

Debbie and Dan have been providing 5-star service for us for more than 8 years. Dan is very knowledgeable about our 'vintage' hot tub. He has kept it running in excellent condition. I have found his recommended maintenance and repair quotes to be clearly explained and extremely fair. I recommend them with complete confidence.

Dan and Debbie got back to me quickly when my hot tub stopped working. I've never met someone with such a vast knowledge about hot tubs, particularly older models which are hard to find repairmen for. Yes hot tub repair is not cheap anywhere but every penny was well spent on Dan's help to not just get the spa back up and running, but running better than before!

He conveniently had all the parts needed to fix it right there in his truck, so he fixed it all in one quick trip. Feel free to ignore any of the bogus looking 1 star reviews, I would recommend D&D to anyone in a heartbeat.

Debbie spent several hours over multiple phone calls getting our pool package put together and ordered because 3 times we changed plans. She seemed to enjoy the challenges that were put in front of her. We could always hear a smile in her voice. When we finally met Dan and his pool crew at the build site on day 1 we knew we had chosen the right company. Dan is a highly intelligent and highly skilled individual. Choosing to buy the pool and heater from them was easy one stop shopping.
