I have enjoyed top notch service from Primo Pools since 1996 at two houses. The owner tends to be blunt but straight as an arrow, which may be taken as rudeness by those whom he tells things they don't want to hear (especially about near worthless home warranties). One other factor is he is not the cheapest you will find but he does great work. My last project in 2010 was about $1000 more than the other competitors, but it was done on time with great quality and NO surprises or grief. I am about to start a major reconstruction and would consider no other contractor. Dave Dillehay League City

We called our home warranty company for a problem with our pool and this, unfortunately, was the company that was sent out. Their primary interest had nothing to do with our pool and much more to do with collecting the service charge. After a few minutes spent "diagnosing the problem" they had no specifics as to what was wrong, made no attempt to fix it, and were incredibly rude.
They then called the warranty company to say they weren't going to work on it so I had to have them send someone else out. No callback, or more information was given despite the fact that I called to ask what they had found and had been assured they would call me back. Coincidentally, I have a new business idea! I told my wife that on my commute home from work I am going to stop and collect service fees for European auto repair. Bare in mind, I know nothing about repairing European cars, but that doesnt seem to matter much these days. Everyone please have your money ready, I will try and fit you all into my busy schedule.

We have a home warranty and Primo Pools was contacted to come out to look at our motor. When the owner came I extended my hand to shake his and he held both hands up up in the air and said "EEEWWWWW". He also dismissed every concern about the pool and was ready to collect the service fee, which is required by our home warranty, so he could leave. He was very disparaging! Don't spend your money here. GO ELSEWHERE!
