I just terminated Don Johnson who had been maintaining 3 family pools in Marin for approximately 2 years. Without getting into the gory details, the new maintenance company discovered evidence of neglect all locations that will cost nearly $1,000 to remedy. My experience with their routemen leads me to believe that they are allowed to operate without proper training. Be aware that this is the "civil version" of my observations. Had I known then what I now know, I would never have hired Don Johnson. Caveat emptor!

Always very helpful! When I purchased a new spa and had no idea how to properly keep the water properly balanced the staff at Don Johnson's were always very helpful. I went in there several times with my little bottle of sample water from my spa to have them check it. With there guidance I eventually got it all figured out.
