Texsun Pools & Spas

Texsun came out to work on our pump and filter 3 times, and we ended up paying about $400. Each time they made it worse so we had to have another company come fix it. I wish Texsun would issue a refund. The company that helped us is called Rpools and they did an excellent job with great customer service and only charged $120, I highly recommend using them instead.

They must not need business. They never answer phone and never return a call. The work done failed, left pump tank leaking Cannot get a response o come back and seat the top on correctly to stop the leak due to a faulty finish to the job. Now left with a problem that would probably take 15 min. To correct. We have used them since they were a mom and pop co. 30 some years ago and recommended to many.it was always done right the 1st time.

Now they do not even respond. After 25 years in sales and customer service I surmise they do not empower their people with the ability to respond to such a simple request. I fix what their simple mistake is. Come on Texsun step up to your reputation.

My experience isn't at the place. It's more of the employee driving. Today at 3pm I just witnessed someone driving one of your company trucks and cutting off a school busses almost causing an accident. I hope the busses caught it on camera and reports it.

I'm a new homeowner near this location and have visited many times to get different items for my pool and spa. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they answer all my questions, test my water, give advice, all without thinking I am dumb. They even let me try out a very nice pool vacuum before buying one.

Texsun pools just completed our pool remodel It looks great and was done on time with no surprises. Scott was very professional and kept in close contact including visiting every day. All the crews arrived on time and did excellent work. We highly recommend Texsun if you need your pool re-plastered and remodeled.

Since moving into our home a little over a year ago, Texsun has completed all of our equipment repairs and replacement. They recently did a fantastic job re-tiling the entire pool and spa. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and the work they have completed has been high-quality.

From the Texsun employees in their store setting me on the right path for over 13 years of pool maintenance & care using the right products, my pool ownership has been an absolute breeze with no problems for 13 years. If I can do it. anyone can.

My cleaner timer was not working and required replacement. The technician who repaired it and checked the wiring was very knowledgeable and informative. He also suggested that I install a check valve between the chlorinator and pool heater to prevent potential corrosion of heater parts. I plan to have this installed next week.

Tex Sun re-plastered my pool. Scott was wonderful kept us in the loop the whole time. My pool was in terrible shape they had to chip out the whole pool.they had all the work done in under a week. Very professional, Dave did our re-balance and was wonderful! Can't say enough about this wonderful company! Highly recommend!

They OVER CHARGE for labor! I have a security system that snaps a picture each time someone walks by one of the cameras. The pool tech was at my house a total of 28 minutes and I was invoiced and charged for 50 minutes. I called the office and they indicated they were not going to change the invoice even after I explained that I could show them recorded evidence he was only there 28 minutes. It amounted to a 20% increase in my bill!
