Innovative Pool & Spa

I want to thank you for being so great at your job. This is my fourth pool and spa and I have not worked with anyone that is honest as you, Eric. You did what you said you would and always on time. The quality is exceptional. Your employees are trustworthy and honest. You go above and beyond! And by the way, I love my new pool, chimney and pergola.

The pool project went without a hitch from start to finish. Eric Brooks, Matt and company were very much on top of every detail. We have had great service in the past, but nothing compares to this. When it came to details I had not thought of myself, they already had it covered. In the end, our small courtyard pool looks and feels like a million dollars. I am extremely pleased and will be recommending them to all my neighbors and friends. Thankyou Innovative Pool and Spa for all your professionalism and hard work!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY or their sister company Aqwa Services. We were totally ripped off and after a few years of being a consumer of services with a more reputable and honest company called J&M Pools, we have realized we over spent for our pool and one year later our Pentair Mastertemp Heater. Our inground 18x32 gunite PLUS PEBBLETECH was complete in May 2015. April 2016 we had our Pentair Mastertemp 400 heater installed and we were charged $5000. 3 years later were were already paying for new gaskets and capacitors and Aqwa and Innovative said this was normal. 5 years later everything began to fail. Gaskets, salt cells, thermostats on heater and its module and the heater is supposed to last an average of 10 years!

After researching online and pricing these same heaters and install costs how can the price and install cost $1000's less than 6 years ago!?!?! UM NO WAY! So we KNOW we were over charged. This heater cost around $1500 today! So Innovative and Aqwa get $3500 for labor!?! Should have done homework earlier and I did not so I urge you NOT to use this company for anything. You WILL pay much much more than you should.

DO NOT BUY A POOL FROM THESE CROOKS! YOU WILL GET ROBBED. We had a pool contract with this company. We had a scheduled start and end date in the contract. When I called to check up on the timeline a few weeks before they were scheduled to start, I found out after they never even filed for the permits! After a heated conversation, by email because they don't answer phone calls, we mutually decided to cancel the contract and he would refund my money.

Well it's been over a month and they have not refunded my $17K deposit. Now I am having to take them to court to get my money back. I would not recommend anyone to use this company for anything.

The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. You just can't go wrong with Innovative.

Working with Eric and his team is always a pleasant experience. I recommend these guys if you want a beautiful pool that exceeds your expectations.

Note: They have moved to a new address (07/15) - 103 Guthrie in PTC. Very responsive and personable. We have not yet had them perform any work, but they drew out pool plans and gave us a good estimate.

We bought a house and the pool was absolutely horrific green. One call to Eric from our realtor and he showed up within minutes to explain what needed to be done. His guys were there twice daily for the next 5 days to bring it back to sparkling blue water. They ABSOLUTELY care about their customers and are great to work with. Extremely knowledgeable folks. Would recommend them to anybody in the area.

Dear Eric and Leslie: I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the beautiful pool, and my irrigation system. When I meet Eric and Leslie I felt comfortable and in very capable hands. Eric is a man of integrity. He is also a sweetheart! Leslie is a real asset and a valuable assistant to Eric, she is very good at her job. She keeps very thing running smoothly.
