A&B Full Pool Service

Just had my first experience with A&B Pools. I have always opened, closed and serviced my pool in the past but the day after I opened it this year I was greeted with two failures in the PVC fittings. My pump and housing have settled over the 18 years of the pool and I knew it should be addressed but I kept putting it off, until now. I called their main number but wasn't able to leave a vmail as the mailbox was full? However, the Owner has his cell on the recording in case you need to get him (which I did).

I sent him a text explaining what happened and he replied within a couple of hours at most. He sent my information to the office and I received a call from Ross who was very helpful. A&B uses email as their means of communication as well as payment which is very convenient for me. Ross had me scheduled just two days after I called with an 11:30 appointment and the service guys were basically right on time!

They remedied the problem and installed thick wall (schedule 80) fittings as they felt the existing ones (schedule 40) were not appropriate for the pressure they were under. The whole job was done very quickly, no mess and for what I consider to be a fair price for their service. I will absolutely use them again, if looking for a pool company give these guys a call and tell Ross I sent you.

Awesome! They came out so quickly for a repair. The crew that came was friendly, professional, clearly knew what they were doing, and cleaned up before they left. Would absolutely recommend!

I've used A&B Pool Service for the last 5 years and I will never use any other company. They are courteous, professional and explain everything to you as they go. The services I've had them perform are. - open and close the pool every year - acid washed the pool prior to this season - fixed the filter pump - fixed the heater - they have also given me guidance for a new system control board that will go in at the beginning of next season. By A&B Pool Service, of course. I highly recommend them to anyone with a pool. They give you the tools to be successful with your pool or, if you want, do it for ya!

Adam, Ross and the entire team at A&B are the best. The team is incredibly honest in their assessments and more than willing to walk you through not only what needs to be done, but what you can do to get the most from the pool. Our pool has presented its fair share of major and minor challenges, but the team at A&B answers every inquiry promptly and thoroughly (even when the quick answer would suffice).

We used A&B initially for opening/closing, but in the years since worked with them to upgrade our winter cover and, most recently, fully renovate the pool. Adam was incredibly responsive every step of the way, confirming every detail multiple times and prepared with alternatives when needed. Could not endorse their work more completely!

We started using A&B pool service this past summer and could not have been happier. We have used several other pool services in the area for the past 10 years and were so happy to have found A&B. Our pool looked the best it's ever looked and the chemicals were balanced which was a nice change from summer's past. They are responsive, timely and very professional.

We have had them open and close as well as weekly valet service. I felt their pricing is competitive. For valet service, they text you prior to the weekly visit to give you the day and time frame that they will be there which is helpful. I cannot say enough about the excellent service they provide! I highly recommend A&B!

I found A&B in my search for a reliable and professional pool company to diagnose and repair a problem with my salt cell for my pool. From start to finish, they were everything I could have hoped for. Their communication with me the client was excellent and the two techs - Sam and Brad- were thorough, efficient, friendly and proficient. They took the time to help educate me about how the pool works and completed the job in a timely manner.

I can't say enough about Loretta in the office and how helpful she was. Having run a small business for many years I am a tough judge but this company gets an A plus from me. Needed major work as pool was dormant for many years. Office Staff, especially Ross, were polite, knowledgeable and took his time with me. Worked with me to save as much money as possible. Never tried to "up-sale" me. Work crew were great guys and did a great job. On time, cleaned up and spent the time to give instructions. Did clean out myself to save money but crew gave me great tips and instruction which was invaluable. Pool now running perfectly and looks great. Kids love it! HIGHLY recommend A&B!

We had Adam and his team manage our pool renovation this year: new coping, tile, plaster, new filter on our pump - the works. Adam is an excellent communicator and kept us informed through the whole process. We are happy with the quality of work from Adam and the other professionals he worked with for our renovation. The work was completed quickly but also they worked hard to ensure that it was done right. We recommend A&B to anyone considering pool service.

We bought a new house in the fall that came with a pool and spa. After reading reviews of A&B, I decided to ask them to open and convert our pool to salt. Not only was their quote slightly less than 3 others, but they were very prompt and efficient. They pool looked beautiful and they packed the cover up neatly for us. Adam spent a great deal of time explaining and marking each of the pipes so we would know how to operate and maintain the pool with the new system.

Since we are first time pool owners, this tutorial was crucial for us. He further demonstrated how to test the pool and thoroughly reviewed the process for adding/reducing chemicals. He then instructed us on how to hook up the manual pool vacuum and clean it that way. They supplied very honest and excellent customer service which is lacking in most companies these days. The time he spent with me was incredibly valuable and highly appreciated. A&B's service was superb in every way and I highly recommend his company!
