We also provide Opening & Closing services for your pool, water testing, and repair work.

We have been installing inground and above ground pools for decades! I called about an issue with our hot tub, (not purchased from them), and while they couldn't come out to service it, an employee spent about 15 minutes talking with me. He gave me a list of things to check and a handful of ways to deal with particular problems, and the issue is now fixed! Great customer service, even for non customers! I will go to them when we need a replacement!

I bought my 27' round above ground pool 5 years ago installed by Dan and have received 5 star service from Dan Tom Ron and Laura ever since! All my questions answered, all my problems with my water I've had they walk me right through treatments, they're always pleasant to deal with and I have to drive 40 minutes to get their but it's worth it!

Last year I purchased a robotic pool cleaner from Levesque Pool. Last week the machine stopped working. I brought it into the store on Monday. Laura called me on Monday evening explaining she diagnosed the problem and had ordered a new motor for it. Two days later the machine was fixed and they didn't charge me a dime. I called them as i needed clip to hold my pool liner in and couldnt find any unless i ordered them. Their name came up when i extended my search, i called and the most pleasant, cheerful and helpful lady answered and i did spend about 5 minutes on hold while she went into the backroom to see if they had any to fit my pool( its on the old side like me). She found some and put them aside until i could get there the next day. All of them were so nice when i got there I will now get all my pool supplies from them.

Neve again. bought a new pool and a new hot tub within the past 2 years spent a lot of money there. never had issues with the hot tub put a new radiant pool in last summer had no issues with it this year issues with the water keep putting chemicals in like told and keep on spending money on chemicals always some new issue even though the test comes out good stay away it's just a money pit on chemicals and electricity to just end up with a pool that can't be used. well it can if I keep spending money with more and more chemicals what a joke

I have a condo at Sugarloaf and we had an issue with out breaker tripping. We had an electrician to replace the breakers and the issue kept happening. I called Levesque and they were able to diagnose it was a pump that was over heating and Mr. Levesque himself came out of his way to replace it on the Saturday of Reggae. He saved the weekend for us! Their customer service is fantastic and Ill never go anywhere else.

Last year I had levesque pools do an install on a 20+ year old pool. The customer service is great and they were very quick to get the old damaged liner out and the new one installed so I could enjoy the season. I also was in the process of changing around the layout of my pool area and the crew was more than helpful in rerouting the plumbing. My in store experience and call ins have been more than positive. Tom is always more than willing to help me get my pool up and running every year and doing the best he can to extend my pool season.

He has always been great when it comes to my quick naive calls in reference to my pool. Very reassuring and intelligent when it comes to getting the job done. I highly recommend Levesque pools for all pool chemical and accessory needs.
