Bell Pool & Patio

Jim has been very helpful and responsive for all of our pool questions. They have a great selection of products on hand. I highly recommend Bell Pool for anyone that has a hot tub or pool.

Called them about a few service questions since they serviced the pool just before I moved in. They replied back the next day over text message instead of calling back. After having me take pictures and explain what is going on, he referred me to have my service taken over by Olympic pool even though Bell has been servicing it prior to my move in.

Odd thing to do and odd to try and serivce over a text message instead of making an appt. to come out. Update: I did receive a call from The general manager who apologized for my exchange with the service team and relayed the information that the service team should have. I had a great and productive conversation with Jason and when visiting this store I have had nothing but good experiences with Jason and his team.

I am still skeptical about the service team and their professionalism and customer service. As a service team you still provide CUSTOMER service and need to be willing to help customers out as needed.

Bell pool has done an outstanding job for us over the last two years they have been professional in accurate and consistent in their diagnosis of our pool water. Before we started going to Bell Pool and spa we had tried three different locations in Lincoln Nebraska they always just wanted to sell us chemicals which was not needed for our salt pool.

We live in a town that is 45 miles from Lincoln Nebraska. Bell pool is an additional 40 mile drive for us but we have found that in the savings of not having to buy the incorrect chemicals that were constantly being told to buy from the locations in Lincoln is still a cost savings for us to go to Belle pool in Gretna Nebraska.

Jason was very helpful and informative. They test your water for free and and provide solutions, if you have any issues. The store is full of great toys and supplies for your pool and the patio. I highly recommend Bell Pool and patio.

Bell just finished our inground pool and did an amazing job. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend them for any of your pool needs. Great company to work with.

Bell Pool and Patio provided a great patio set and fantastic customer service. Delivered the product the same day we purchased. Product was at our home and set up in less than an hour. The team that set the product up was professional, had great attitudes and also had great customer service skills. We shopped locally with large Big Box stores and found that Bell maintained competitive pricing and offered a higher quality product.

We were very impressed with their service. We immediately ordered additional product afterwards and are also looking forward to our new hot tub as well! Thank you Jason and Bell team for great work!

Everyone at Bell Pool are awesome! I purchased my hot tub after visiting numerous stores in Omaha. Their staff was very helpful and attentive to what I was looking for. The installation was smooth and they even sent someone out to help me learn how to run and maintain it. They also check your water for free if you bring it in - extra bonus! I recommend visiting them any chance you get. Jason and Kristi were great to work with. Will definitely go back!

I have had Bell Pool put in 2 pools for my family. Both pools were perfect. When we moved and decided to install a pool at the new house we never even considered getting a second bid because our first pool was great. From start to finish it was on schedule and we never have had any issues. They also do our closing and opening of the pool. Again awesome service. The new retail store is also awesome. Great service and a lot of pool supplies to choose from. I highly recommend Jim, Christi, Austin and their entire team.
