I don't usually write reviews but after seeing some negative ones I have to speak up. I recently built my pool through Tom's company and I'm extremely satisfied. Not only did he meet my budget, but went beyond my expectations. Best in New Jersey hands down! Services: Design, General construction

NEVER EVER USE THIS POOL COMPANY! I am not use to writing reviews but Tom was truly a nightmare to work with. He is rude unpleasant and acted like he was doing me a favor and didn't really want to construct my pool. He did not finish the job and broke my entire sprinkler system and did not provide me with a functioning pool. He basically left before finishing my pool and had my money.

I called him several times for help with getting my pool up and running and he never called me back. I had to use another pool company to finish my pool. Every time Tom came over my house in the beginning he always had a horrible attitude. He would yell at me and my contractor. And always demanded his money. He did not offer ideas or any help at all.

He basically did not want to be bothered. When I told him I didn't think the pool diggers dug my pool properly he basically told me "too late it's done". I wish I had used Carlton pools. My experience with Tom was awful. He really took advantage of me and he will do the same to you. Please do not use this company. He will take your money and give you a poor quality pool. Tom, please do not respond to my review by saying it is fake.

You know you gave me a horrible poor quality pool, you know you scammed me, you know you took my money and you know you never answered my calls or reached out to me about my pool. So as you can see Tom does not know how to run a business because he doesn't believe in customer satisfaction at all.

Tom and his company were terrific. Beautiful pool design, very knowledgeable, and staffed with a hard working experienced crew. The foreman directing this was amazing. Tom was always readily available for questions. I have no hesitation in giving him my highest recommendation.

I highly recommend Custom Pool Pros. Tom and his team did a great job throughout the entire process, from design to instillation. Once they started the same crew was at my house everyday. They installed my pool, patio and fence. The crew is talented and very professional. I had a small problem this year and Tom had his team resolve it.

Tom was recommended to us by a close friend who said he did excellent work for them, and we had him repave our entire driveway with pavers. Tom was excellent throughout the entire process. He showed us various designs at his beautiful home office and then created a pattern that we really liked. The process was painless, the entire project was on time at a price that was competitive, and he stood behind the product and had fixed any issues we had, but really there were rarely any issues involved.

In fact, to date there have been no issues. He has been available to discuss any concerns we have. I would recommend him highly to anybody who would like to get their patio paved.

After several consultations with different pool builders we decided on Custom Pool Pros. Tom was amazing to work with and helped us plan the perfect backyard. When dealing with pool companies you would expect them to be impersonal and on there own time but that was not the case with Tom and his crew at Custom Pool Pros. We had our pool done by them and they were awesome. They showed up when we were told they would and did a great job at keeping me informed of how our project was proceeding.
