Exceptional service in all areas. No pressure, pleasant and, knowledge sales and service staff. Butch was easy to work with and quickly responded to our questions in person and over the phone. When our 9 month old spa had a leak he quickly scheduled a technician to take a look at it in January. Eric was working on the spa in freezing cold conditions.

He provided us with options answered our questions and placed a temporary seal on the leak. Butch worked with the manufacturer to determine if a replacement was possible. Eric was back on a very cold Saturday to drain and take away the old spa and replace it with a new one. Chris is always welcoming when we stop by to have water tested or pick up supplies or accessories.

He is always thoughtful at check out and makes sure I have all the right products. When we have asked about specific accessories he has provided us with details on our options.

We recently installed an inground fiberglass pool from Leisure World (Oct21) and considering the circumstances (HUGE demand for pools and challenges w/resources), I have to give Tod and his team 5 stars for making it happen! Despite these challenges, Tod was available every step of the way. Every contractor we worked with was professional and did a very good job. We're very excited for the Spring when we'll be able to start using the pool and welcome anyone who is considering a fiberglass pool to come and check ours out.

Leisure World installed a beautiful in ground pool in our backyard last May. We had never owned a pool but Tod and his staff made the process easy. They started in early May and we were swimming by Memorial Day. They always respond quickly to any questions or concerns. We highly recommend them!

Friendly and helpful staff. They even had hot tubs in stock. Spent time helping pick out the right hot tub for us.

Tod is great. Prices are on the high side but that's to be expected with a family owned company. We love our new radiant pool.

Great Hot Tub Buying experience, delivery was prompt, professional and left me surprised that they were able to get the Hot Tub where I needed it. They brought professional tools to move the Hot Tub without causing or creating damage and their service man Doug for pool service is outstanding. Tod the owner is a really upstanding individual and was dealing with me as a customer himself when I walked in and answered all my questions and was very transparent and prompt with quotes and pricing for the work needed to be completed.

Just wanted to share the fantastic experience my wife and I have had with Leisureworld. A friend of ours highly recommended them. So, I thought we would check them out. Everyone that we dealt with was amazing. From the search for the pool type, the purchase, and the installation. Unbelievable! If I could give a 10 star rating, I would!

We purchased a 16' Swim Spa with an automated cover. Since the installation, the whole family has being enjoying the product all year round. Great company to work with. Very professional and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend using Leisure World.

Please, please do your homework when hiring a business and when your going to spend thousands of dollars. Now finding I'm not Leisure World's only victim of being extremely disappointed in their word and cost us $$$$'s, 2 more families just in our small town of Richmond were also victims of their disrespect and greed. If you or someone you know are looking for a new pool or spa, do your homework. No pool and cost us thousands of dollars for absolutely nothing.

Great customer service and fair prices on pools and accessories. Bought a pool 10 years ago and had them install. Zero issues and the pool still looks and performs like new.
