I have been there 2 times and both times the young girl sitting up front stayed on her phone. She didn't offer to help. Unfriendly and acted like she was doing me a favor to help. I will not go there again for anything.

Don't buy anything from them. My wife bought the replacement filter in from here. They match it up, it wasn't the right one and they wouldn't take it back because it been opened. Company policy they said. I'll will never buy another hot tub off of them. They was so rude to my wife. Do yourself a favor and buy anywhere else.

Zero percent helpful, asked if they had pool pumps, no effort involved said they may have one, didn't and then put not effort in any follow through. I wasn't about to do their job and sale myself anything.

Bought a pool paid for a 600 upgrade for specific color, was given a pool completely wrong pool managers refuse to call back Customer service says a oh well there's no other pools out there to order. But here's a free start up kit! No thanks keep it.
