I have been doing business with Clearwater pools since their inception. The quality and utmost respect to their clients is second to none! I wouldn’t have anyone else build or service my pool!!!

I have used Clearwater pools for the last 10 years. I picked them on off the reference of a friend. I have been so happy with the continued service. Adam has always been responsive. I appreciate their work ethic as I know it is hard to schedule and complete things when things are are backorder and construction is always hard to schedule with things can come up on any job, which can affect the next job. Tom may sound like he is in a hurry when you talk with him, but he knows his stuff and tells it like it is! Which I love because he is honest! Adam is one of the hardest working people I have come across. I will continue to use them as long as own a pool!

Best services hands down, had another company come in and give me an estimate. They were super overpriced and didn't answer all my questions! Tom came in and told me everything I had questions for and he quoted me a very reasonable price! I spent many hours on the phone talking to Tom and Adam. They were very professional and had it done in a super reasonable time! The pool is absolutely amazing and I am beyond satisfied with the job well done! I will recommend all my family and friends to go through clear water pools!

Tom, Adam and Crew installed our 18 x36 pool, automatic cover, heater and pump for us. We were one of the first installations in the spring and rainy muddy weather slowed things down a little bit but the pool was completed and up and running by the committed to date of memorial Day weekend. This was a quality five-star installation. Adam also graded and seeded our yard. We are really enjoying our new pool.

Tom has been honest and very helpful with issues we've had with our inground pool this year. I am glad we found Clearwater and will continue to call when any issue arises. It is hard to find an honest business in this area that works on any swimming pool issues.

Clear Water has handled everything related to our pool for five years, including new liner and heater installations, opening and closing the pool, routine maintenance and several chemistry issues. Tom and Adam and their crew are knowledgeable, very responsive and always committed to doing the job right. Clear Water is the kind of local company you want to have working for you!

Tom Boardman asked to use our yard so he could access our neighbors yard to put an inground pool in. When he was done he was to fix my lawn. I told him just put the dirt down and I'll use the grass seed I already have and plant that. After a few attempts to get him to do it I ordered dirt myself. We filled in the deep ruts made by his trucks and the cement trucks.

I sent him pictures and all he wrote back was " what's my bill".no apologies no nothing. I told him the price of the dirt and he sent a check. He even asked to use our hose and water to fill up the pool. Of course we let him cause we wanted our neighbor to have his pool by July 4th. we got screwed so bad by all of them. Tom Boardman is not a man of his word.all nice as hell when he wants something then it's so long.click on photos above and you will see how he.left our yard.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Tom (the owner?) put a liner in my parent's pool and it wasn't attached correctly so a recent storm caused it to come loose. My dad called and told Tom what happened, Tom started yelling at him and hung up. He finally came over to the house, drained the pool, did a haphazard repair so when we started refilling the pool the liner had loads of wrinkles and when the water reached a certain level, the liner popped off again. My son called to tell him and Tom called him vulgar names and shouted at him and said he was done with that pool. Then had the audacity to send us a bill!

Tom installed an amazing pool for my father and did a fantastic job. He's a very busy man and does a lot of the work himself. He's a no-nonsense guy and will take good care of you if you respect him and the fact that he's busy. I feel some of these reviews are from people that don't know how to appreciate a small business owner/operator. I highly recommend Tom.

Tom used our back yard as an access to get to the neighbors yard to put in an inground pool. Everything was great and he even asked if he could use our hose and water to fill it. He offered us money but we declined thinking we were good neighbors...fast forward 7weeks after the pool was finished and asking a few times if he's going to fix our yard from the deep ruts that their trucks put in our yard.

It was bad and he kept saying " yes we'll fix it blah blah blah". I had to finally call and get dirt delivered and shovel it with my husband and a friend . We are not spring chickens anymore and it took a few days. I sent Tom pics and showed him the pics of the ruts ( even though he already knew) and the dirt we had delivered. His response " What's my bill" " No apologies no nothing. I told him it was 300 dollars and he sent a check. This guy has the means and machinery to deliver dirt and a backhoe to spread it. He is not a man of his word...

I called for help to open our pool that is at the house we recently moved into so we have no idea what were doing. I was told they are a small company of only three people so they prioritize installing pools, and from the previous comments it seems they continually help those customers. I'm sure they do great work, I just wanted to inform others of their business priorities at this time.

Tom and Adam are wonderful people. Tom explained how everything is done from start to finish I was a little crazy during the construction of the pool but he was very patient with us. I put the pool in 3 years ago and anytime I had an issue which weren't many they always had a quick response time to come over and see what the problem was. They open and close my pool every year I would highly recommend them if your looking to.put a pool in go with clear water pools :

I called to see if they could open my pool. When I asked the service rate, whomever I was talking to started huffing and answered my question about though I was tearing him away from something more important than gaining a new customer. They lost the opportunity to have me as a customer.

Tom did an excellent job replacing my inground pool liner. His price was fair and he completed the work promptly.
