If you have not used it in some time leaves & debris can build up in the heater, and cause a fire. Test your pool water chemical levels (Chlorine, P.H., Alkalinity, Cyanuric Acid, Calcium Hardness, Salt and Phosphates) and add chemicals to adjust to recommended levels. We do not use chemicals containing metals that can cause staining to your pool, or chemicals with phosphates which is the food algae eats, to your pool.
