We knew of Tate's work from two pools down the street. Best price. Over committed though. Between multiple jobs per day for his small crew (sub-contr.), "truck breakdown" etc. ; his timeline went from 4 or 5 days to almost three weeks. Work is done now, pool looks very good. The 30 day preparation (Tate did not, does not do the acid wash ((my pool or next doors as well)).

I have no problems with adding the 8 gallons of acid, daily brush down of the pool, and eventually balancing; but did have a major problem with Tate not leaving any written directions as to what to do! Only verbal on the acid and pump running. WHICH comes to my last point: product warranty is likely null and void since Tate has no evidence of a product applicator license or other FL related licenses !

We were left with a mess after a prior pool company left us high and dry after taking our hard earned cash!

Tate and his crew came in and saved us! They were professional and did an outstanding job. Most importantly, he made us feel comfortable and kept in constant contact since we do not live in Florida full time and were not at the site. He explained the process and provided us dates and delivered above and beyond on both the quality and completion dates. We have even hired them to refinish the cement deck around the pool.

Tate is truly a great guy! He and his crew just completed the resurfacing of our pool in exactly the amount of time he stated. The finished product looks phenomenal. Tate is very responsive and a great guy! We highly recommend his services without any reservation.

Tate just finished resurfacing our pool and my wife and I are more than pleased. Everything he said he would do was done, and all within a week! It is our first pool so we had no idea what to expect. Tate and his crew did an excellent job resurfacing my pool. He beat everyone's price and made the process simple. He kept me informed throughout the process of what was going on and when things would be done. Kept me update on everything. He even went out of pocket on material that was not part of the contract. You cannot beat this. Would highly recommend.

Tate and his crew did an excellent job on my resurface. I also wanted a new modern look, so he recommended changing the tile colors around the perimeter. It looks much more updated. Lots of compliments from my neighbors....Thanks Tate!

I had an inground spillover spa that had a leak and needed to be resurfaced. After calling one leak company and three resurfacing companies, I couldn't find anyone that would just fix the spa only without doing the entire pool! Found this company and they were there the next day and had it fixed within two days and it looks beautiful and not leaking! These guys were awesome and will have them do the whole pool when needed and would definitely recommend to anyone.
