We used their pool service to get our pool back to normal and they were great! We have been using them for years to check our water and we also buy most of our chemicals from them. recently we have been having some health issues and were unable to properly clean our pool. That's why it got in such a mess. Everyone so friendly and helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Hired to paint cement pool, replace filter and convert to salt system. Complete disaster and they outsource to Home Depot undocumented workers. Pool never prepped correctly and now dirt/stains are bleeding through the paint. There is bubbling everywhere and the filtration system hasn't been fully installed. Shawn also misplumbed the salt flow sensor causing major problems with the salt system. They promise to come back and finish the job but all they do is ask for Money.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful! Christine was so cheerful and ready to answer any questions I had, and even remembered my pool from work done two years earlier. The men who came out to do the Drain and Clean were also so nice and explained anything I asked about. They arrived promptly, got the job done quickly and efficiently, and have been coming back to make sure the pool has been filling back up without any issues. I would definitely recommend Clearwater to anyone in need of pool services with friendly service and no gimmicks; my experience has been great!
