We want to thank Premier Pools and especially Tina and Michael. We are extremely pleased with our pool. Tina and Michael were excellent with every aspect of the Pool design and support through the entire process. We are now going to enjoy our backyard for many years.

Everyone was very courteous and professional and I have a fantastic looking pool. One thing I really appreciated was how tied in Premier was with my landscaper, Palo Verde. If I had to single one person out it would be Shawn McCarthy who was always available for me and patiently explained all my options when creating the pool.

We were really pleased with how quickly it was done! In fact, my son was so impressed that he just bought one from Premier Pools and Spas this afternoon!

Jeff at premier pools is the way to go - hands down. I don't care what other sales person has tainted a view of this company he is exactly what someone wanting to "customize" a pool is needing. we went to 4 "high end pool builders" who basically told me what I should do and what they liked. I do not want or care what you like better. isn't this a custom pool? Jeff came out and stayed until 930 and measured in the dark. he is the ONLY sales person that 100% listened and created something that blew me away.

I am so happy with the service I am receiving I could cry after the cocky attitudes I have received so far. he is honest, caring and doesn't hold back from any details so that later you won't feel like you were lied to. I am in sales and this person goes way above to treat the client like they are the most important thing in the world. I try to do the same.

This is not a must buy purchase. He clearly gets it. It's an emotional purchase and you shouldn't feel pushed into something you don't even like - especially when you budget specifically for your dream! he nailed the Rihanna song "only girl in the world" with me and my husband! Joke but act seriously - we matter and he worked so hard even on Father's Day to make sure we knew it. if you call premier and ask for Jeff your whole experience with premier or any pool builder will get on another level. Jeff- hats off to you because you are rare. Give him the chance you will be so much happier. thanks for caring so much. we are so happy to work with you.

Pool Install was delayed due to supplier shortages but well worth the wait. Pool install was good with no major issues, we had a water leak at the skimmer box which was resolved by PP&S. Pool Company did a good job of preventing damage to driveway and limiting as much yard repair as possible. Pool is beautiful and we love it, have been in it for 6 weeks as of this review, having the Salt Water and Heat Pump option were both great decisions. Communication with PP&S was good and the install and service crews have been awesome to work with.

I do not recommend anyone to use this pool company they will take your money and run before there work is done. When I sat down with Toni and Dan to talk about the contact from start to finish, they asked me if I wanted extra dirt for land scape, I briefly said No. problem #1 they left about 3 yards of dirt behind the concrete waterfall area, they tried to cover it up by sloping from my existing grade to top of my concrete wall if the dirt was clean I would not made a big issue about it.

They buried chucks of concrete and even form trash from there over pour under the dirt That they left behind, Like "I wouldn't notice when I do my landscaping" 4 months have gone by and multiple attempts to reach out to Toni he try's to ignore the issues and wants me to handle it with his sub I've called left messages including text messages and no response.

Problem #2 again at the sit down they said they would repair any damage to my neighbors drain system and sprinklers also a small concrete 3x3 step pad on the side of house they ran over and cracked! They ruined a lot of the neighbors sprinkler system, cracked the drain cracked the concrete pad. I replaced all of that including there land scape that they plowed over! they left the neighbors dirt on the side of there house about 3inchs high from there existing grade and flat! before they came in to start work it was V ditched.

I I recently hauled off that dirt and paid twice 🤦‍♂️ . Problem #3 they said that the coping is very important when building a pool and that they are professionals when it come to coping, not surprised that my coping has cracked after 2 months and they said theres nothing they can do!! Horrible!! And to top it off they killed my grass when they washed off there concrete stamps on my lawn! SMH, don't waste your money and time these people! No one should have to deal with this!

Contacted this company in September of 2020. First appointment for an estimate was a no call/ no show. Second appointment for estimate went okay but zero follow up. I decided to call back last week to see what was up - yes, 6 months later - and I was told BOTH estimators were in the office that day and I would be called back. Nothing. No call.

I've used several pool companies for maintenance, and Premier is definitely the best in town. If there is a problem they will work on it until it's solved. Both of the other companies I've used have completely dropped the ball, even my pool builder, when anything went wrong.

Called Dan as he did a neighbors pool. Despite the deck cracking on theirs, I called him due to low bid and quick finish time as "all concrete cracks" as is said. Dan won the bidding process and is very good salesman pointing out what he said were flaws in our design he would fix. A two month lead time we were quoted in Early January on a $150k job before they could get started--good sized job. Did everything he asked us to do and had a few questions as any new pool customer would probably have including some raised by other contractors.

So March comes around and on Saturday before he was to start the job on Monday, after several weeks of no contact, I finally reach him. He is on his vacation in Tahoe and says "we'e not gonna build your pool after all." Job is too complicated. Wow, thanks for the notice. I sort of read the tea leaves and figured out he was more comfortable with slap 'em up 50k-$75 pools of his own design and his small crew had lined up a few of those since we talked.

Would have been nice to tell me my job was contingent upon his not finding any easier jobs closer to his house and probably more profitable
And less complex. We lined up another builder who quoted built to our Landscape Architects plans and got in the back of that cue, and by October we had a pool--just in time for winter. Oh well. Our builder was fantastic and despite missing a ton of swim and yard time that summer, I'm glad a someone like that did not spend time at my home and take my money. We had a great relationship and he has shown our pool and yard to over 20 other potential clients.

Thanks for the great work we can see the finish line. All the crews have been super professional.

I would recommend Premier Pools and Spas of Austin to anyone who is even considering a new swimming pool. It was very important to us to work with a company and individuals that we could trust with such a significant financial investment. We received quotes from 3 other pool companies including a well known pool company in the Austin area. I felt like I was being "sold" to from the two nationwide pool companies and the Austin based company was completely out of budget. Steve and Crystal Henderson were completely opposite from these experiences.

From the minute they walked in our house they were passionate, honest and took the time to understand what we wanted from our pool. They took into account our kids ages and how we expected to use the pool for the next 5-10 years. They also explained the technology behind the pool. I can confidently say that I feel we received the highest level of quality and craftsmanship in our pool.

I feel the price was fair and completely in line with the other quotes that I got. In fact, for the money, I believe we got a much better product than any of the other pool companies. I'm so glad we didn't choose another company based on stories others have told us about their experiences with pool companies that were unresponsive or cut corners with their work. Having a pool has been one of my dreams and I can't think of a better company to fulfill that dream.

Hired Dan Grady of Premier Pools Oakley, to install our very first pool. My husband and I were truly excited, we were like kids in a candy shop!!! Unfortunately, everything that can go wrong did. But the worst was the bad treatment by Dan. His only concern was HIS money how soon he could get it. Now I realize it was during a very bad time for all businesses and homeowners alike but the finished product turned out horrible.

Our pool has plumbing that goes nowhere. We have electrical work that makes no sense. There is rust in my pool. And any and every time I contact Dan his first concern is MONEY. I could go on and on but it only hurts me to think about how ugly that whole experience was. Further, I would be more than happy to provide poof.
