All Seasons Pools

When we decided to build a pool in our Courtyard Villa yard, we had 5 different pool companies come and present designs and give estimates. All Season's wasn't the least expensive pool company in The Villages more importantly we loved the design that Stephen presented. We signed the contract on Dec 31, ground was broken on Feb 1 and, cold as it was, we were swimming on Mar 1. Hal was the superintendent and everything he promisedhe delivered.

We appreciated that there were no workers with questionable clothingor loud music. We appreciated that there was never a left over mess. At the end of each day, the yard was as clean as possible. After a year, we decided to build a bigger home and before we signed the contract on the lot, Stephen met us at the location and laid out a new pool. We proceeded with buying and buildingmoved in on Mar 15 and ground was broken on the new pool on May 1.

May 31we were swimming (this time it was warmer). Again, Hal supervised a wonderful crew and again, we are just so pleased. On the basis of our recommendation, I know of 8 other pools in The Villages that All Season's installed and all of those owners are as pleased as we are. Thank you for this opportunity to tell our story.

We had All Seasons build our pool in 2014. Our construction was great. We now need some service and not pleased with there willingness to do so.

Just stumbled across this review I wrote over a year ago on Yelp. I realized I never finished my updates to the final product! So, here goes: Time to complete project (from date of signing), 10 months. Cost of hospitalization (due to stress-related angina) $6000 out-of-pocket. Quality of customer care. the worst I've ever experienced! Quality of build. when all is said and done, it's about putting a pool in your yard, they know how to build a pool.

The finished product was and is quite satisfactory and we have thoroughly enjoyed it in the past year. the process, however, should never leave this bad a taste in your mouth. They truly have a lot to learn about customer interaction.

All Seasons Pools did an outstanding job with the installation of our pool. I would highly recommend them for your pool. We moved into a new house in April 18. We decided to get a pool installed. We contacted All Seasons Pools and Robert with the design shop made an appointment to come by our house to help design our pool. He was very knowledgeable.

He spent 4 hours measuring and designing all of the aspects of the pool. The pictures show the design concept. Next, we had an appointment at the company to finalize the design and pick the colors of tile, pool shell, coping and pavers and all of the other materials. This was a fun and exciting process. After, the permits were filed, work started right away.

I believe we had a great production manager in Hal. Hal came by the house almost daily to check on the status of work and answer questions from us. Our concern was how long the process would take to complete the job. We were expecting about 6 months from signing contract to swimming in the pool. When we told Hal about the time, he assured us our pool would be done well before the 6 month time.

In fact our pool was ready in only 4 months. Additionally, Daniele at All Seasons Pools was great. If we had questions or needed to get in touch with Hal the production manager, she answered the questions right away or got us to the right person. We are very excited about our new pool. Great experience from the start of planning with Tom to the construction process with Grant! Spent time planning the exact requirements before starting and saw the 3D renderings of how it would look. After construction, you can see they were very accurate to the end product. I recommend All Seasons Pools and would build with them again. Scott.

Our experience with All Seasons Pools was Fantastic! Our sales consultant Frank Goodwin helped us create a pool that maximized our space without sacrificing any of our requirements. Frank's expertise was head and shoulders above the sales consultants we spoke with at other pool companies. Frank was always on time, followed up on each request or question we had and consistently made sure our expectations were being met. We recommend Frank Goodwin and All Seasons Pools each time we get the opportunity.

Me and my wife had an amazing experience w/ All Seasons Pools. Our sales consultant Dave Colby was wonderful, Their staff of professionals kept us apprised of everything going on throughout the process. We interviewed many other pool companies but are so glad we choose All Seasons Pools.

All Seasons has a great finished pool product and everything turned out looking and working great! They had an excellent Sales person Deb, she is very caring was not pushy and did not forget about you after you signed the contract. Definitely one of the best Sales people I have ever had the pleasure to meet with. The Screen enclosure at Advance Aluminum supervisor, Chris Johnson is Great as well he was great with communication and made sure he took care of any questions or concerns.

The pool Supervisor Norm even dug trenches for electrical to help speed up the process. The service manager Donald for All seasons was very knowledgeable and has over 20 years in the business. This is comforting to know because a great service department is reassuring that you are in great hands. They are affordable compared to most and the pool comes out great.

Updating our review! The construction supervisor (he was a not good) has left they are making changes. We wanted a pool from All Seasons because we like the floor pop up cleaning system. It is taking much longer than we like but we still think Bill our salesman is a of high integrity! They just did the decking and the rest should go smoothly and fast. I will update again on completion.

We have never had a pool before and Brett Foster was just terrific in walking us thru the process. We asked a lot of questions and he always took the time to make sure we were comfortable with what was going on during each phase. We are looking forward to many years of enjoyment. All Seasons Pools is a great company and Bill, Frank, Brett, Vanessa and Stacy are great customer service reps for the company! After 12 years in Florida, my wife and I decided to install a pool. We researched several vendors and chose All Seasons Pools. It was a great decision, as virtually everyone associated with the company was friendly, courteous and professional.

We gave All Seasons Pools our budget and Frank went out of his way to get us the pool was wanted at the price we gave! The finished product is amazing! It is also way more than we expected and was finished a month ahead of time! Brett the job boss was phenomenal and Vanessa and Stacy in the office were great as well. Virtually every issue we has was addressed thoroughly and quickly.

The finished product looks beautiful and the quality is all we had hoped it would be. If you're looking for a pool, give Frank or Bill a call at All Seasons Pools and you won't be disappointed!

Being new to the area we had contacted several pool companies to build a pool adjacent to our house. After receiving several quotes we decided to go with All Season Pools (Sanford FL). They were mid-range price wise. Tom Bell was our sales contact and he was very helpful from listening to our wishes and putting the project in motion. During the build we had a change with site managers and Chris Rounsaville ended up being our contact to the end of the build.

He stayed on top of things and explained the next step during the build. A few issues arose but after speaking with Don Garden they were resolved very quickly. All the workers during the build were courteous and answered any questions we had. The pool with the enclosure was completed a week ago and it is exactly what we wanted. We would recommend All Season Pools.

We had a bit of a communication problem at the beginning, but Don (the service manager) clarified where what was going on and they are doing an amazing job. We are installing a large pool with spa and the crew out here is great. Will update when complete.

Do NOT do business with All Seasons Pools! If you are like me, you prefer to do business with companies people refer you to. I learned a valuable lesson choosing to do business with All Seasons - referral or not, research the company carefully! This company should not be in the business of installing pools for homeowners. Sales and Contract Phase:
Know this - after the sale is made, you will never hear from your sales rep again.

Good luck getting any questions or concerns answered. And, if you finally get someone, ANYONE, at this company to respond, they only give you the runaround. You can ask the same question to 5 different people and you'll get a different answer every time because there is little to no communication amongst the people who work at All Seasons. You receive a generic drawing that shows general dimensions of your pool (width, length, depth) and a generic contract.

Free legal advice: After contacting our attorney, if there is ANYTHING you specify, don't rely on All Seasons to the experts or professionals to deliver on your specifications. Write all over that generic drawing and contract EVERY requirement. Funding Phase:
We chose to fund our pool as it confined All Seasons to a time frame to complete our pool.

Almost 2 months after funding approval, the lending company called asking about the progress made and whether they began digging. I laughed, as the only thing All Seasons had done in almost 2 months was grade the yard and frame the shape with plywood. We had reservations about continuing with this company at this point; however, BEWARE!!! No other pool company will quote you a price to finish the job until the contract with the previous company is cancelled. So, we were stuck, based on providing some money upfront.

We finally got a hold of someone within the company who got things kick started, due to pressure from us and the lending company. Funding from the finance company is disbursed based on certain milestones. More on this during the Construction Phase. Construction Phase:
Construction was a disaster. Be aware, when the sales and construction manager state the pool will be inspected throughout the phases of construction, inspection is NOT done by a city official, it is conducted by All Seasons themselves.

After "passing" an inspection, we, by chance, caught the construction manager and inquired about a hole in the bottom of the pool. We asked if the hole somehow played a role in the overflow. He responded no, and, at that point, stated it appeared they forgot to put the overflow in. HE had inspected and PASSED the construction phase and WE had to point out there was no overflow.

They had to send someone out to drill a hole in the cement!
Again, any questions or concerns you have during construction are downplayed with, "it will all be addressed before the pool is complete." HA!!! DON'T COUNT ON IT! Construction complete DOES NOT mean project complete. When we contracted with All Seasons, we contracted with them to complete our pool, patio, screen, plumbing - the whole nine yards.

Construction complete, according to the funding company and All Seasons is whether or not the pool holds water. Not only was there a list of items that needed to be addressed, but I had to argue the point, for over a week, that the pool did not seem to be holding water. A few days before the deadline and the date I was to release funding, I communicated to the funding company that I did not intend to release the funds due to the list of items outstanding.

Only then, one day before the deadline, did All Seasons send someone out, who located the leak and fixed it. That gave me OVERNIGHT to determine whether the leak was fixed. It appeared that it was, and although there was still a list of 20+ items All Seasons needed to address, because of the definition of complete, which I had just learned, I was obligated to release the remaining funds.

A day and a half later, I get a call from All Seasons to collect the remaining 10% down I was responsible for. I was appalled! I told them there were several outstanding issues that haven't been resolved and I wasn't going to pay until they were addressed. I was told any issues from this point forward would be under service and warranty. WHAT!? I contracted All Season to complete a PROJECT, not just a pool.

Would you buy a computer without a processor because the company selling it told you not to worry, it was covered under warranty and when they got around to it, they would send it to you?? Service and Warranty Phase
It took weeks, months, of continuous communication to get the majority of our issues resolved. To date, almost 4 months after "completion," we still wait.

During our sales process, we specified that we needed the jets in our spa to be placed higher than normal, as we need them to hit our upper backs. During construction, we noticed the jets seemed rather low. When we inquired, we were given the typical All Seasons response - it will be fine, just wait until it's complete. Where would you expect jets to hit your back when you sit in a spa? Normally, they hit your lower back, right?

Not these! They are so low they hit our tail bones. Although the sales rep recalls our specifications and admits he failed to include and effectively communicate our requirements, All Seasons takes no responsibility in their failure to deliver to our specifications. Two months after completion, they sent someone to install different eyelets in the spa jets.

These eyelets spin, resulting in a more equal distribution of water. Unfortunately, they still do not resolve the issue and, 3 weeks after installation, 2 out of 4 of them don't work properly. However, this doesn't matter to All Seasons, who, a week after installing the eyelets filed a notice of lien for the money they feel they are owed. Apparently, as the consumer, it doesn't matter whether you receive the product you pay for, just pay for it!

Thank you, Bill, Greg, and Vanessa for helping US through what can be a stressful time. From the excavation crew, cement, plumbing, and tile guys this was a great team effort. We are very happy with our pool and look forward to years of beating this Florida heat in our own backyard!
