I live in Retreat at Millstone in Millsboro DE. We hired this company to clean & maintain our community pool this summer.( Our last company rarely came & hardly cleaned the pool.)
The same young man from Premier came & treated & cleaned it consistently , even on weekends & Holiday weekends. We were very pleased with their service & highly recommend them!

We need a new pool built. The company came out to give us an estimate and we were told that we would receive it in 2 weeks. After not receiving the estimate, I left a phone message, no response. I sent the form on their website for the status and received a response that they were too busy to even give an estimate. We lost 2 weeks while waiting to hear back from them. Very poor service !!! Someone should have at least contacted us to say that they couldn't accommodate us.
