This ladies and gentlemen is the ideal pool servicing- fixing -updating incredible service and Joe in particular is detailed and I dont know what he does but he leaves my pool amazing! cant say enough

I recently hired Guardian to replace my old pool heater, pump and install a new digital control panel. They did a great job. Rick showed up on time, completed the job quickly and cleaned up my pool equipment area as promised. Although I had a little trouble learning the control panel, they quickly followed up and gave me further instructions. Everyone from the owner to the installer to the office personnel - I found them all very courteous, professional and responsive. I had other bids for my pool equipment but chose Guardian Pools based on their reputation and the length of time they have been in business.

I called Guardian about switching out my single speed pool pump for a variable speed pump and a new cartridge filter. They walked me through the difference between the different models and a recommendation for what would be the right fit for my pool. These guys know their stuff! They never tried to up-sell anything and everyone I dealt was great. Rick came for the installation and did an awesome job.

He was very patient with all my questions and left the job neat and clean after the installation. One of the best customer service experiences I have had since moving to Florida. I will definitely be using them next time I need anything for my pool. Thank you, guys, I am considering using your weekly pool service.

Horace has been takeing care of my pool every week for almost 5 years now. He never missed a day, always like clockwork, on time and thorough. Guardian has never inflated the price for any repair I've needed. Their prices are very fair and do not charge me extra for chemicals and minor maintenance issues and repairs. My previous pool guy charged me for the service and I had to provide the chemicals

Guardian Pools is the absolute best! We have been using them for about four years and Lance always takes care of any issue immediately! We recently had a pool resurfacing and remodel with a contractor who left us with a pool full of algae and stains. Lance, Pete, Eddie and Ryan came by and sorted out the problem and really saved the day. Amazing service and really pleasant people to work with. They are the ONLY service to use!

Guardian Pools was servicing the pool for the landlord at a rental house I was leasing in Davie. I got to know Jose, the weekly technician, and I liked the way this company operated. So after leaving my rental and buying a house in Weston with a pool I continued service with Guardian. Lance and his team have been caring for our pool for over two years now and they continue to be the best. We were assigned a different technician when we moved but Edwin, our current guy, is just as good as Jose was back at the rental house. This is truly a 5 star company.

Guardian Pools does so much more than just clean our swimming pool. They maintain the mechanical equipment and are experts at troubleshooting problems if there is ever an issue. Their personnel are friendly, dependable and well-trained. Horace is thorough and respectful during his weekly visits to clean and service the pool. I have found Lance Thibideau, the company owner, to be particularly competent and responsive anytime we have ever had a question or needed advice. He stays in contact personally and is easy to reach. It truly is a pleasure to do business with this company.

I had just moved back to South Florida and my old pool company had gone out of business so I didn't know who to call. My nearest neighbor recommended Guardian Pools, telling me how consistent and dependable they were, so I hired them. They have been servicing my pool for about 18 months now and they are everything I was looking for. Now it is my turn to recommend them and I do so highly.

Bill Adams, was very helpful to me and professional. He cleared up an issue and was gracious and generous. He is the retired owner but I wish he wasn't retired as he really knows how to treat customers.

I switched to Guardian after previous pool company never showed or called even though they were constantly provided with community gate code and my cell number. Richard, with Guaradian Pools always shows, does a great job, leaves a card stating what was done and gets along with my dog, which is rare since she is pretty protective. Lance the manager is also quite responsive to any questions I may have. So far every staff person has been professional and great to deal with.

I have had service from several different pool companies. I've fired them all. Finally, from a friend's recommendation, I contacted Mr. Thibideau at Guardian Pools. He came out, assessed my pool, and gave me his recommendation. I hired him on the spot. He has proven to be reliable & honest and he returns phone calls! He always communicates with me about what is going on with the pool and is quick to respond to my requests. I have never had a surprise on my bill. I love the young man, Edwin, that cleans and services my pool each week. I have recommended him and will continue to do so.

Our pool is over 30 years old so after struggling with the old and dilapidated filter system we decided to have the pool equipment replaced. After getting a couple estimates we decided on Guardian Pools. They promptly scheduled us to replace our skimmer, pump and filter. The installation was neat clean and professional. This was our first experience with Guardian Pools and it was very good from beginning to end. Rick the man that performed the work was a real pro and Lance the supervisor was in touch with me or my husband throughout the job. We couldn't be happier with this company.

I called this company to get a quote on repairing a serious leak. The PVC pipe had cracked in the area that goes back to the pump, in the skimmer area. Spoke to Lance, had someone come out. I was given and quote to do the job - price seemed good and they started the job right away. After this was completed I was told that there was another crack down a bit deeper, which they also repaired and charged a very reasonable price to do this extra work. I'm SO pleased that i chose this company.

Excellent workmanship and service. i would recommend them highly for any type of pool service or repair. I also want to mention that i did call 2 other companies and they wanted to charge $300 just to come out to look and give an estimate. Guardian came out at no charge to give the estimate. Very fair price for the work done.

After having problems with this business in the past, everything has been rectified under new managament. Highly recommend Guardian Pools!

Thank you for turning our green pool blue again. It was a swamp so it took about a week. We definatly recommend Guardian Pools. After they cleaned up the pool initially I signed on for regular pool service and our serviceman Horace has been coming every week for over a year now. He is the best. When our pool pump went out recently I called Lance and he sent Rick out the very next day and fixed the pump.

It didn't cost a fortune like I thought it might. Prompt, professional and honest - very rare these days. Owner is highly knowledgeable and is always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. I have called him for numerous pool inspections on other properties I own and he always makes himself available These fellas are the real deal.

The ONLY pool service to use! We will be moving to another home soon, up in central Florida, which, sadly, will be out of your service area :( Not to worry though as I have already informed the new owners of our home of your most excellent service (which they could readily see) and they will be contacting you to continue with service for the pool.

I have unsuccessfully tried other pool service companies in the past and decided this past month to give Guardian Pools a try. After searching the internet I found a lot of positive reviews and some indicating that this company has been in business for almost 50 years. I feel that doesn't happen unless you do more right than wrong. They were very prompt getting my pool repair job scheduled, very respectful to me and my property, and my pool is working perfectly again.

I have been enjoying having Guardian Pool as my pool service for almost 10 years. They have managed the pool at my current home and at my prior home. During that time, they have provided reliable, honest service. If I alert them to a problem, prompt action is taken. Their service personel are friendly and helpful. They have even assembled my new automatic pool cleaners for me without charging a fee.

Their repair quotes are always reasonable. I would definitely recommend them. Additionally, we also had Patty servicing our pool, and notified Lance of our concerns with her service. He replaced our pool tech immediately.

Guardian pools have been servicing my pool for about 3 years now. Like any company that has more then one employee, things can fall short some times. What makes a company stay alive is its owner making the quick moves to correct any shortcoming quickly. Lance the owner has consistently kept the standards high for us and I would recommend them for servicing your pool. And their prices are right in line with the market but their service level is higher.

Great company with A-1 service. Called them up to check my pool lines (thought they were clogged) Technician showed up on Saturday morning and an hour later the line was working like a charm. Technician was knowledgeable and courteous. Will definitely use again. When you call just ask for Lance.
