Diablo Pools

If I could give negative stars I would! We have completely been taken advantage of by Diablo Pools Mike Soares and Jorge Villasenor (Professional Landscape). We have an unfinished/abandoned contract. Our pool elevation is set too high. We have 25 ft of sloped concrete toward our home with a 1inch deco drain that cannot support rain/pool water. The slope is almost 7in from pool to back door. Mike Soares is refusing to fix this massive problem he created in my backyard. My contract was signed 10/20/21 it’s now 9/25/21 and I have unfinished and defective work. Mike Soares has been extremely unprofessional. Including a phone call screaming profanities at me as if this is my fault. I felt very abused and threatened. Diablo Pools has violated many contract and building codes with the CSLB on our project! We are beyond disappointed! I wouldn’t recommend Diablo Pools Mike Soares or Jorge Villasenor (Professional Landscape) to my worst enemy! Beware! They will take your money and leave you with a big mess!

This is to let you know how pleased we were with Mike Soares and Diablo Pools they They are awesome they finished our pool on time and Mike helped with the design. We had absolutely no problems. We recommend them 100%!

The quality of workmanship is outstanding. We would highly recommend Diablo Pools to anyone looking to add a new pool or spa to their home.

Jeremy did such a great job with our backyard. Our pool, hot tub and hardscape turned out even better than we had imagined. They worked quickly and finished right on time. We were more than happy with their service and quality of work.

While we did not end up doing a pool through Diablo Oasis, Jeremy who gave us our quote was professional, courteous and helpful. He seems very knowledgable in his craft.

My experience with Diablo Oasis Pools & Structure was what every experience should be. At every junction Jeremy kept his word. When he gave me an estimate on the job he not only gave me options but followed up all options with proper information of cost. Jeremy always kept me informed of what was coming up next. He not only kept to the budget but more important to me was the time frame for the job.

His attention to detail and knowledge of his trade was present at all time. Jeremy didn't allow me to make mistakes when remodeling my pool for the first time. When i had questions he responded in a very timely fashion ALWAYS. Jeremy always provided multiple ideas and multiple choices of ideas and materials to complete the job. The different workers that where in charge of different aspects of the job were also a pleasure to work with and respectful. It was a five Star experience. Yes

Jeremy and Michael did a great job with our pool and hot tub. Wouldn't couldn't be happier with the results. The biggest hiccup was meeting permit. The rest was smooth sailing.

Jeremy and Ann Lovell are very responsive to the needs of their customers. Calls are always returned in a timely manner. Jeremy has a professional crew that he employs who exhibited the same positive customer service that he does. Diablo Oasis Pools is the best pool company in the area.

We had a great experience with Diablo Oasis pools& structures. They built a 95 foot retaining wall, pool and spa with waterfalls! Absolutely beautiful! Jeremy was very helpful from start to finish.
