Bella Oasis was one of the pool builders we approached to design and build our new pool this summer. Out of 4 companies we met, Bella Oasis, by far exceeded our expectations with their imagination, responsiveness, and willingness to help us through several permit challenges due to the size of our back yard. We are very satisfied with our pool. If you need a creative, dependable and responsive pool builder, give Bella Oasis a consideration.

It's been quite a while, almost 8 months, since our pool was finished.the pool looks BEAUTIFUL. We had a few minor issues, but they were taken care of. I recommend this company because Maegan is on top of her game. She cares, she listens, and she follows through. Thank you Meagan!

I wanted to wait a bit before I wrote a review. It's been 1.5 years now since our pool was installed. Upkeep is very minimal and the pool still looks brand new. Always there to answer your questions. I am so glad we used Bella Oasis.

Bella Oasis is a class A pool company! All three Justin, Meagan and Nikki. Make buying a pool and putting it in as pleasant as possible. Justin is very talented, he designed a beautiful pool unlike any one else's pool. I have compared every pool company in the area and he is the best especially in materials, design and price. Meagan, she is young and bright, a great manager who takes care of all your concerns.

Sometimes things break like curbs or whatever. We had all of our permits right away! Then they had to remove a whole backyard full of very deep concrete. Her people did it with minimal damage. It rained almost everyday and the people still came to work and did the best that they could. Afterward Nikki is quick to respond to any of your questions or if something isn't to your liking, she is right on task!

They even take care of your warranty! I'm thrilled with my pool and my experience. I am convinced that they are the best pool company in the bay area. We sit on the lake and our backyard is open to people walking by everyday. Everyone loves it! One lady told me it looked like a movie stars pool! Lol!

I highly recommend Maegan an her team for pool rennovations in particular. She is reasonable on costs and high on customer service. Every crazy question we had was answered. Her team was neat, efficient and cordial. From the day she came out to see the pool, we have been pleased with the project. Please consider Bella Oasis for you next pool project!

Before you read further. For the quality and design of my pool I give 5 stars. For the time it took - also 5 stars. The finished product - 5 stars. Meghan was very helpful during the building of the pool and I give her 5 stars. But. My first issue was with Justin our designer and salesperson. He is a good designer but he over promises many things and does not listen or explain things well.

We have irrigation in our yard and I asked if that would be an issue. He assured me that the builders would mark all of the irrigation and I would not have to worry about it. Therefore I did not pay it much attention while the build was going on. I work full time so I couldn't check up on absolutely everything the contractors were doing. Long story short - the contractors broke my irrigation pipes at several places, did not let me know and then covered the broken pipe up afterwards without letting me know.

Once the patio concrete was poured it covered these breaks. When I turned the irrigation on to check I had multiple water fountains coming from the seams in my concrete. I now have to re-route the whole irrigation system to bypass these breaks. This could all have been mitigated if I was told about the breaks as I would have fixed them very easily at the time.

I also asked Justin why the Shark pool cleaner was $400 more than I could get on the internet. He said the extra was because there was additional costs for utility connection (or something like that). I suggested that we just buy it from Amazon and he said I needed the extra things to make it work. I was ignorant and did not know that you just plug the cleaner into an outlet.

That's all it needs. So, that was a blatant lie. Our pool plans also got hung up at TNMP and League City planning department. It always seemed that I had to keep chasing things. I truly believe my pool would have taken an additional 2-3 weeks to get started if I had not consistently called TNMP and League City to ask how things were progressing. Once Meghan got involved after knowing how concerned I was, things got much, much better.

She was easy to communicate with and went out of her way to try and get the pool completed in 30 days. We were lucky with weather and the pool build did take approximately 30 days from start to finish. Excellent! Then it became obvious that once the money is paid and pool is complete, customer service goes bad again. I can't actually remember anyone from Bella Oasis coming to visit us after the pool was complete to see if we were satisfied.

It seemed like we were now an after thought as they had our money. Now that I think about it, I don't even know if my pool inspection passed. I have heard nothing from anyone! When you pay a lot of money for something, you don't just expect a great product, you want to feel like the people you paid were grateful of your business and hard earned money.

I just never got that feeling. I love our pool! I just wish that Bella Oasis took more time to be more customer orientated. I would definitely recommend them as a pool builder. You just have to stay on top of the process and build more than I would like.

We did a lot of research and talked to a lot of pool companies prior to talking to Bella Oasis. Justin from Bella Oasis, came to our home for the initial consult and designed the pool right there during the initial consult. He listened to what we wanted and gave us a better design than what we even envisioned. Bella Oasis is very easy to communicate with.

They answered our calls, emails and we could walk into the office and talk to them if we wanted. When we contacted them for any reason, they were either immediately available or contacted us back right away. We also quickly realized that Bella Oasis offers standard what other pool companies upcharge for and the final price was better than the other companies we talked to. The pool they built for us is absolutely beautiful and the work is quality work. We really look at our pool as a work of art and we are more than satisfied.
