I have had several different pool services over the past 20+ years and Jamie and Dolphin Pools is hands-down the best. I have two water features in my yard - a spa pool and a rock river each with their own mess of equipment. Things break. Problems arise. And each and every time Jamie is on it. I live out of town most of the time, so I really need to rely on him to service my pool and river well --- and he is the best.
He is super responsive and communicative. He will call me, give me estimates of repairs needed, possible outcomes, and keeps in touch along the way. He always aims for the most economical option that will fix the issue. And he is a really great person all the way around. I trust him implicitly and if I didn't have him taking care of all this I would probably fill the pool in with rocks and call it a day. You will not be disappointed with him.

I was running out of options. I've been through a lot to pool services and I was still not happy. Until one day I saw the ad for dolphin pools. I took advantage of it. I am so glad that I did! John the owner will always return my call even when he's home in bed sick. Jamie the manager I believe, was great as well. Ron cleans my pool now and he's great too. They come over when I had a problem right away and don't even charge me for it. Thanks again for doing a great job on my pool! sun

Jamie is fantastic - very responsive and proactive in his communications. He explains everything he's doing, and he is friendly and knowledgeable. The pool got a little out of control during a back yard renovation and Jaime had it clean, clear and beautiful in no time. Jamie goes out of his way to ensure I'm happy; after having had sub par service in the past, his approach and customer service is most appreciated.

Jamie over at Dolphin Pools is the best. We were being taken advantage of by another pool service, that was cleaning the pool, but not taking care of the maintenance needed for a salt/chlorine pool. After some concerns with the equipment, I gave Dolphin Pools a call. They came over the same day, inspected the pool, gave us a quote for repair and for monthly service, which was way cheaper than others.
All repairs were done right away! Also, all of the people that work for the company are employees, not independent contractors, so they spend the time to do the work, instead of rushing to get more pools done. I highly recommend them!
